Dr. Forshey has many accolade on display which made me feel like I was definitely in good hands. Very thorough and smooth intake process. The front office staff was nice, polite and friendly. Every aspect of the procedure was well laid out and explained thoroughly. I cant comment on the procedure because once the laughing gas kicked in, I definitely went to the sunken place lol. My daughter is a bit of a princess, and she was terrified to pull her über loose tooth out. The thing was dying to come out for the better part of a month, but she refused to let anyone pull it out. One night at dinner she bit into her sandwich and her tooth became even looser and was literally hanging by a tiny thread. Finally realizing she had to get this thing out to continue her life, she agrees to allow a dentist to pull it out. Being a 'weekend dad' with a very difficult and unfortunate 'co-parenting' situation, her mother was uncooperative in furnishing me with the information I needed for insurance or the contact information of her normal dentist. I called Dental One and explained the situation to them and they were extremely accommodating to my situation and they were able to see her that same day. When we arrived at the office, my daughter was extremely nervous, and in tears for the few moments we were in the waiting room. All of the sudden, we hear a kind female voice call for 'Ms. Averie Mechanic' which immediately put us at ease. 'Hi, there! I am Ms. Jess' she said with a warm smile as she took Avie's hand and led her to the back. In the 30 seconds it took to walk to the chair, Ms. Jess had established rapport based on the fact that they were both princesses. She was brilliant at what she does. Dr. Shabnam Mazhari then came to the rescue! With an equally warm and accommodating bedside manner, she had the tooth out before Avie could even tell her about how she and Jess were both princesses. At the end of the day, they're all princesses. The entire staff there was amazing, front to back, top to bottom. I would recommend this practice to anyone, in a heart beat.

Charges extra for credit cards. Unhelpful grumpy staff that is customer facing. Drs and staff with doctors are great. Not sure why the huge difference with staff.
