Took all my details and in the end asked me if I was having any problems, when I told her yes, she tells me they don't have anything available until mid-December. When I told her she should have asked me that first we could have saved us some time, she's like you should have told me that first. Seriously? That was really rude. On a side note, before calling her I tried to make an online appointment on their site and after filling out the form the site breaks and throws an error. Time wasted there too. I understand technical problems happen but when you got a human receptionist with an attitude like that, there's something wrong. Hope this saves people some time.

My latest visit was December 21st 2024 to reset a crown I popped off while flossing. Dr.Muhler is a skillful and caring dentist who involves his patients in key decisions regarding their treatment by taking the time to explain treatment options, including the pluses and minuses of each option. He has also been helpful from time to time when I needed prompt treatment by working me in to his busy schedule. Gail is an excellent hygienist who reliably identifies a forthcoming dental issue enabling treatment before it develops into a real problem.

I ended up getting a second opinion, and the other dentist confirmed that my diagnosis was significantly overblown. They also discovered that a crown I had done here wasn't fitted properly. Nice office with friendly staff, very responsive, the work I've had done has been good…read more BUT - every appointment I've made there has been changed at least once at the dentist's request. When you get there, they always seem not to be expecting you. Then once they get started, it seems they are rushing to do 5 things at once. Like how can I make the next appointment while your hands are still in my mouth, and the assistant is handing me the spit cup? Why don't you already know what I had done last time? I can tell you but not while there are 4 hands and all kinds of tools in my mouth, and someone handing me things. Slow down and understand that patients are not pros at this. We get dental work done once in a while and it's kind of difficult for us. We shouldn't be asked to multitask while under duress and while paying top dollar, just so you don't have to spend one extra minute with us. I'd cancel my next appointment but I bought a membership on the strength of the first visit (prompt response to a painful need) so I'm just stuck I guess. If you're ok with a bit of chaos and little roughness, she's very good. If not, go elsewhere.

I had previously been taken care of Dr. George Shepley for 30 yrs. receiving excellent gentle care. The last time I went to see Dr. Block, it was a back wisdom tooth that she said needed a filling. She jabbed the needle in to numb it causing extreme pain, I screamed but she could care less how she was hurting me and it was very obvious. She has no compassion about her patients feelings.
