So the assistant told me after everything was done that the took broke right away and he resurfaced it instead of pulling as I requested. The resurfacing cost me more. I also did not approve the resurfacing. In an apointment With Dr Allie for a "free cleaning" She wanted to do 5 other things which I declined cause I just wanted my 6 month free cleaning. Never told me I couldnt have my free cleaning. When I was all done the cleaning that was suppose to be free I was been charged for because she did a deep cleaning instead. I was told by Allie that they do protocol and ask for forgivness instead of permission. I am going to also be contacting the dental board. Be carefull if you go there they will over charge you.

When for an emergency visit with extreme pain. Missed read x-rays led to 3 minor posterior fillings (not really necessary) 3 weeks and 4 office visits later and still in extreme pain a fractured tooth was extracted And the pain was gone All along charging myself and the insurance company. The insurance company denied 1 of the office visits and tried to charge me for the visit I refused to pay. Dr. Moon turned a $37.00 invoice over to a collection company. So beware!!!

They have billing people, sales people, xray/mri techs, and dental hygienist. I was told my crowns that had been in my mouth for years were breaking. I received somewhere around $5500 to remove 2 crowns and replace them with pearly white crowns. But, they are molars that nobody can see so they really need to just he functional After about 2 years this past October one of the caps came out while I was chewing gum. I took it and placed it in a small cup to protect it. The tooth didnt appear damaged but had some clear apoxy inside the cap. I set an appointment and went to see Dr Moon. He never looked in my mouth, or took the tooth out of the container. He said "The cap is broken off and we need to extract the tooth and insert a screw in into my jaw. They gave me an estimate which is gone over with by the cute very nice sales consultant. They gave me a scan of my jaw and charged me $250 on my way out the door. I kept Dr Moon from throwing my cap in the garbage. A few days later I spoke to another area dentist. I told that person of my experience and that he never even tried to insert it. A few days later I visited that dentist, they looked at the cap, cleaned the underside to remove the old cement and placed it for fit. What do you know the tooth went in perfectly. The dentist told me that they couldn't understand why he didn't try and that the cap or tooth weren't broken. The cap was reinserted into my mouth with another adhesive product and it's perfect with no problems. If you want a pristine high priced teeth he's probably your guy. That includes a pillow, blankets, and a movie while he does a your dental work in his fancy office. But, there was no concern for my pain from an unnecessary extraction, an insertion surgery , healing time, and a new screw in molar. Not to mention the more than $2500 for the tooth he wanted to throw in the trash. I can't remember the exact cost for 1 screw in but I believe it was more than one of the crowns, $3000 plus. In addition, he had the audacity to send me a bill after I requested my records be transferred to another dentist. As if he didn't gouge me enough already. I was have pain in my face so she prescribed an antibiotic and wrote a referral to see an endodontist to be sure I did not have an abscess in a tooth. I loved the personal caring and the quick access to her. My previous dentist is overbooked and has no appointments to take quick care of problems that were created in their care, in the first place. I feel that means patient care DOES NOT COME FIRST, I think making $$$$is the first priority. I am happy I switched.

The office was very clean and comfortable. The staff and everyone there was very nice and professional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very gentle and nice. Dr. St. Cyr Spencer was also very gentle and nice. Everyone carefully explained everything and if I had questions they were very helpful in explaining things to me. The front desk was also very pleasant and took their time in explaining about my insurance on what was covered, ECT... I'm happy to have the honor of being a new patient at their office! Having severe dental anxiety and finding out you need to have your wisdom teeth out is never fun. I did have to schedule my appointment 5 separate times to get my teeth out. I had to cancel the first 4 because I was too afraid but the staff was very understanding each time and gave me the same support and took their time with me each time I came in. Everyone was kind and well informed. I felt like a priority and was treated like one. I ended up getting my teeth out on my 5th appointment and had a great experience. Dr Schwartz was the doctor that took out all 4 of my teeth. Natasha in post op was very kind and took fantastic care of me. Two days later I woke up in excruciating pain as my body was far more sensitive than usual in recovery. I called multiple times to ask questions and was helped promptly each time. That same day I was fit in for an appointment an hour after my call. One of the doctors even offered me a personal unopened water bottle as I was sensitive to tap water. I was given more pain medication which helped but made me sick. I called and was immediately given something to help with my nausea. The doctors and nurses at this practice really care about their patients and making sure they have the best experience possible when dealing with something that nobody really wants to deal with. I would 100% go here if I had to do it all over again. I was welcomed and informed and encouraged to call even if it was a slight concern, they wanted to make sure everything was okay. If you are someone with severe dental anxiety, this is the place to go. They can accommodate you and make this the experience that gets rid of the anxiety associated with dentists or surgery in general.
