The nails were uneven and sloppily finished, and the photos show the condition they were in when I left. I also found the salon dirty and the staff's treatment of me unacceptable. The photos show how my nails looked when I left. No customer should be sent home with work like that. When I called about a refund, the owner told me it was against store policy and offered only to fix them. I explained that I wasn't comfortable coming back after my experience, but the owner refused to refund me and hung up on me. I'm angry that I paid for nails I now need to have corrected elsewhere. Based on the quality of the work and how my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this salon.
