I have been coming to the Spa for over 18 years. My go to favorites are the relaxation/Swedish massage and the hydra facial. Though being on my 6th pregnancy, I have had my fair share of prenatal massages. In addition to couples massages which I tend to do a couple every year. I also come monthly for waxing upkeep I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wood tones and accents give it a serene vibe. What's better than walking in and immediately feeling that zen calm that you so long for. The service is absolutely unmatched. Hatti, Megan, and Patty are always top notch at guest services. They welcome you with a smile and are so good at navigating the schedule and getting me in as quickly as possible with the individuals requested. They make miracles happen and are great about calling me back the same day for a last minute appt if they can squeeze me in. These ladies are prompt and attentive. Let's dive in to my favorite Massage therapists. Hands down is Sukhprit. She is so in tune with my body needs, she listens and responds to my problem areas. She's professional and welcoming. I have never met a better massage therapist than her. I genuinely feel like I'm walking on clouds after a massage from her. Though, I'm sure lots of people love her massages so she might have a bit of a wait. But she is so worth the wait. Sukhprit is amazing. And if by chance Jen, has an opening she is incredible as well, but her appointments are fewer to come by as she is the owner. Jen is also very engaged in the day to the day of the Spa and I love seeing her there. She is all ears and welcomes feedback. The Spa is located in a small but lovingly renovated old home with a well decorated interior. As soon as I enter the door I feel instantly relaxed. All of the receptionists have been very friendly and welcoming which is a plus. Now onto the massage. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and back which has lead to pretty bad headaches. I started going to the spa when I first got pregnant! I started with facials because I was having breakouts and Emily did wonders on my skin! Towards the middle of my pregnancy i started having lots of aches and pains and started getting massages and they have been AMAZING! Sukhprit and Gabby have both given me massages and I leave feeling wonderful! I got a massage yesterday at 39 weeks pregnant and it was a great way to help me relax for my last week of pregnancy! I kinked my neck and they were able to squeeze me in within an hour of me calling. I did a 30 min deep tissue massage with Melissa. She was amazing! Hurt me so good! I walked in unable to move my head without pain and walked out about 80% better can move with just some stiffness and minimal pain. I definitely would've done a full hour but she only had a 30 minute available. This was my second massage I have gotten at the Spa and I highly recommend it! Went in for a foot massage, and the therapist was not very personable at all. The treatment would have been fine if it was not for a callous on her thumb, I'm guessing. I felt it the whole time during the massage. The professionalism of the place was also not welcome. In most spas I have gone to, I fill out some type of form for the type of massage or any issues one may have. Overall the vibe was not friendly at all. I also felt the therapist did not want to be there. I did not get my full thirty minutes for $50.00! Yes short a few minutes, but I paid $50.00 and it was not worth it at all. Really disappointed. Paid $40 to get a full face wax. It took about 15 minutes and the waxing girl only did half of my face. From my mustache and below she waxed which was great but from my cheeks up to my forehead she did not touch at all. If I were a man asking for my beard and mustache waxed it would have been fine but I wanted an entire face wax and I did not receive it. I still have hair all on my cheeks, side of my face, and forehead. Now I am at a threading place paying ANOTHER $40 to get them to finish the job. I booked my first prenatal massage and had an amazing experience. Sukhprit was my massage therapist and she was wonderful! She asked about any problem areas and spent a little more time on those areas... which was greatly appreciated. They used a special position pillow that allowed me to be face down and not squish my 21 week belly. I didn't realize how much I had missed being able to lay "on" my stomach. This, along with the massage was just incredible! It was a 60 minute massage for $65 and I definitely think it was worth it! I've paid more for the same amount of time and the massage wasn't as great as it was with Sukhprit. This was also my first time at The Spa and I think I have found my new place! I visited The Spa during Covid and they took necessary precautions to ensure client and message therapist safety. Each client is temperature checked and during the massage (when facing up) the client was asked to wear a mask. When face down, the client is able to remove their mask. read more

The spa refused to honor a gift card that I had, even though I let them know I had it when I made the appointment. They stated that it was from a previous owner. I informed them about California law requiring them to honor any gift cards, but they still would not. My friend & I took some of our other friends here to celebrate our birthdays (spa style). With my friend and I included, we had six women getting spa services. I called about a month in advance to make sure they could accommodate all of us. We were scheduled for 2pm where 3 of us got a massage (regular, neck & shoulders, prenatal) and another girl got a facial at this time. At 3pm my other 2 friends were scheduled for their regular massages. We do wish their was a "spa lounge" area where we could enjoy mimosas or something in our spa robes but we couldn't of been more pleased with our services here. All the girls, including myself, had nothing but great things to say about our facials and/or massages. The employees are phenomenal in what they do, not to mention super friendly. We are all from out of town but if we find ourselves in the area we would definitely go back. Highly recommend if you live in the area. The massages & facials are top quality. read more
