I was on hold for a very long time (to the point where you let your iPhone do the auto hold and it lets you know when to pick up because the wait time was so long). Once I spoke with someone, she took all my insurance information down and said "we'll text you within 2 business days about your coverage and to schedule an appointment". I waited 4 weeks to get a text at 4:30pm (which they state in the text that they close at 4:30pm, so I couldn't call right then to make an appointment). The text included that I was covered and to call them to make an appointment. I call the very next day on 3 separate occasions to make an appointment with no answer (and long wait times). It's very frustrating that an office practices like this. And it makes me even more wary that if this is the experience just to make an appointment, what the rest of this practice is like.

Well the hysterectomy revealed other problems but my wife is getting great care and we feel very confident with Dr Nahas. She is walking and driving after 2 weeks. Only downside is we need to go to another doctor for the chemo. Dr Nahas is caring and being involved with teaching school means you will get a lot of care during a difficult time.

During my pregnancy, all the midwives made sure I was informed and prepared throughout the pregnancy and for the delivery. They give you all the information to make informed decisions regarding your body and your baby. Once labor started I was scared and difficult to handle but everyone was so encouraging/comforting. They supported me and encouraged me how I needed in those moments. During my birthing experience I had an unforeseen and unavoidable medical complication. Julie (the midwife who helped me deliver) handled the situation so well. I felt secure knowing she was by my side and advocating for me. I was so grateful she was with us though this experience. She really helped make our messy birthing experience as perfect as humanly possible. We aren't planning on having more children but if we do, I would choose BCM again. Thank you

I arrived at 4:30 but they had already closed even though the sign says open till 5:00. So i called and was told Dr. Vada no longer worked there and no other Dr. would sign the order without seeing me but the first available appt. was weeks away. So i waited 3 weeks for nothing, wasted my time and gas because no one at Magnolia bothered to call me or the Imaging Clinic to let us know Dr. Vada wasn't there to sign the order. I was told by the clinic manager over the phone that Dr. Natalie Rivera is refusing to perform my surgery because she thinks my behavior at the hospital was inappropriate, so apparently getting upset about receiving inappropriate and inadequate care is inappropriate to her. I think that failing to provide a 30 minute surgery in a timely manner, failing to show empathy and respect, and then not only failing to follow up with me but also refusing to perform my surgery AT ALL is what's inappropriate. That and Fernando Reyes's lack of empathy and adequate assistance. This is American healthcare in Riverside for you. I wasn't even referred to a different surgery provider or given a conversation. Since she wants to deny me healthcare, she should say it to my face. This has been an awful experience and I deserve better. These people's lack of consideration for my health, wellbeing, safety, and time is horrendous. They also apparently lack morals, accountability, and remorse. I should have gotten an apology and a rescheduled surgery on June 29th, the day when Dr. Natalie Rivera, Dr. Samar Nahas, and Dr. Correa failed to provide me with my surgery. Instead, I am still trying to find a new clinic and surgeon.

I can't go into too much detail as the situation is still ongoing, but when confronted with the fact that we thought info was being filled out that was never actually physically performed, she became VERY passive aggressive, marched out of the room, and never returned. Upon leaving the office they called in a panic asking to explain themselves. Just a couple of weeks later, we received a letter in the mail stating they would no longer provide care, as the "trust had been broken". A panicked, defense mechanism it would seem. Luckily we documented the whole ordeal and are not taking it lightly, as care for children can NEVER, under any circumstance, be undermined.
