And the one time I did go, the midwife I saw was amazing, but that was the only thing. They messed up with my bill and it was a huge ordeal, which I finally resolved but it wasn't easy. I would say, don't come here but you probably won't even get a chance to schedule an appointment

During my pregnancy, all the midwives made sure I was informed and prepared throughout the pregnancy and for the delivery. They give you all the information to make informed decisions regarding your body and your baby. Once labor started I was scared and difficult to handle but everyone was so encouraging/comforting. They supported me and encouraged me how I needed in those moments. During my birthing experience I had an unforeseen and unavoidable medical complication. Julie (the midwife who helped me deliver) handled the situation so well. I felt secure knowing she was by my side and advocating for me. I was so grateful she was with us though this experience. She really helped make our messy birthing experience as perfect as humanly possible. We aren't planning on having more children but if we do, I would choose BCM again. Thank you

I am new here at UCR, I came from A horrible clinic glad I came across UCR! The office is clean &…read moreup to date! No long waits I was called in the back within 5 min the Doctor came in about 15 min later. Everyone seems so nice so far. The equipment was up date. This is the type of doctor office I'm use too! Two things I don't like so far is 1. I was told by the Doctors nurse I can not refuse to have a student come in. I have never ever heard that before as I have in the past and recently refused. I've normally been asked if it's ok if a student comes in but here you have no say so! & they don't even have the decency to ask if it's ok! I really don't like that and it may make me change offices again because I'm really not comfortable with that. I understand what a student is and does but I still don't want it. 2. I left a message 2 days ago to have the nurse or Doctor call me to clarify something important about my baby I'm still waiting on that call! It really worried me & I could not sleep. So I took matters into my own hands and found out the information about my baby was not the case as I paid for a 3D ultrasound. I'm seeing a Obgyn for my pregnancy seeing Doctor Azawi she seems friendly so far. Hope it continues to go well.

Update: It is now August 13th and I was given a call today from the clinic manager, who I clearly…read morestated I do not want to speak to multiple times when making an appointment. I was told by the clinic manager over the phone that Dr. Natalie Rivera is refusing to perform my surgery because she thinks my behavior at the hospital was inappropriate, so apparently getting upset about receiving inappropriate and inadequate care is inappropriate to her. I think that failing to provide a 30 minute surgery in a timely manner, failing to show empathy and respect, and then not only failing to follow up with me but also refusing to perform my surgery AT ALL is what's inappropriate. That and Fernando Reyes's lack of empathy and adequate assistance. This is American healthcare in Riverside for you. I wasn't even referred to a different surgery provider or given a conversation. Since she wants to deny me healthcare, she should say it to my face. This has been an awful experience and I deserve better. These people's lack of consideration for my health, wellbeing, safety, and time is horrendous. They also apparently lack morals, accountability, and remorse. I should have gotten an apology and a rescheduled surgery on June 29th, the day when Dr. Natalie Rivera, Dr. Samar Nahas, and Dr. Correa failed to provide me with my surgery. Instead, I am still trying to find a new clinic and surgeon.
