I do not recommend this facility to anyone. There is no AC here, it's uncomfortable Everytime I come here. If you need to get ahold of the office it sometimes takes days to get a call back. A random person will call back and say they will leave a note for the doctor with whatever your concern or needs are and you never hear back. If I didn't have change in my insurance I would have never came here and have not had a pleasant experience recieving prenatal treatment here. read more

** Patient Beware ** Unfortunately our experience with Jennie Le ended abruptly after we found, in our opinion, that her and her office were filling in false information on medical forms. I can't go into too much detail as the situation is still ongoing, but when confronted with the fact that we thought info was being filled out that was never actually physically performed, she became VERY passive aggressive, marched out of the room, and never returned. Upon leaving the office they called in a panic asking to explain themselves. Just a couple of weeks later, we received a letter in the mail stating they would no longer provide care, as the "trust had been broken". A panicked, defense mechanism it would seem. Luckily we documented the whole ordeal and are not taking it lightly, as care for children can NEVER, under any circumstance, be undermined. read more

NEVER had this happened ! But if you hate your job don't work at something you get frustrated with DONT COME TO THIS OFFICE .... now I see why so many horrible reviews . I had an appointment on 9/22/25 and arrived 15 minutes late. I was told that due to their 15-minute policy, my appointment had been cancelled. While I understand policies are in place, the issue was how the staff handled the situation. Instead of treating me with professionalism, the front desk staff spoke down to me, marked me as a 'no-show,' and made it clear they wanted to 'boss me around.' When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told to 'have a seat' in a dismissive way. When the supervisor came out, it was obvious she was more interested in defending her coworker than listening to me as a patient. The same lady who I had issues with even mumbled comments under her breath rather than address me directly, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Healthcare should be about compassion, dignity, and respect. I wasn't treated as a valued patient -- I was treated as if my time and concerns didn't matter. This experience left me deeply disappointed in Aspen Medical Group's front office staff." read more

The very first time I went there, I was there for 2 hours before I was seen. All the other times, it was pretty quick 1 hour max. The front office ladies are professional and the doctor is very kind and knowledgeable. This place is a complete f-cking joke. I just received a call from them saying I owed them $100 for a PHONE call I made to them TWO YEARS AGO!! Meanwhile they have sent me NOTHING in the mail telling me I owed them money, and I have excellent insurance that would have covered it. Avoid them even if it costs you your life. This used to be my primary care physician's office. I received care from Aspen Medical Group for a few years. The doctors all seemed great, and same for the supporting medical staff. I never had any issues with the medical professionals. My doctor was good about having my thyroid levels tested regularly and made sure I was on the correct dose of thyroid medication. The service I received was good. Customer service with front desk staff, was a different story. Very rude people were working at the front desk, and they would roll their eyes and give attitude when you asked questions or asked for help. So that was the negative for sure. But I didn't mind it so much because the actual medical care was great. I'm hoping by now they don't have the same rude people working at the front desk. read more

I was referred here by my primary doctor for my pregnancy, for my 1st appointment they booked it 2 months out, that should have been a red flag. Everything got scheduled late, my sugar glucose lab test was scheduled after being 6 months pregnant even though I was considered "high risk pregnancy". On my delivery date, the doctor showed up when baby was already more than half way out. After baby was born, I called Aspen to schedule new born check up. The day of the appointment, I show up just for them to tell me that baby can't be seen because of the insurance. Before that I had scheduled a 6 week postpartum & IUD insertion appointment before the baby was born, they ran my insurance the day they made the appointment and said I was "good to go". Today I show up for my appointment just for the front medical assistant to tell me that my insurance won't cover my IUD insertion, I asked her to speak to the office manager and she ignored my request. She made it seem, like I didn't understand that my insurance wouldn't cover it and told me to go back to my primary to get a referral. If that was the case they should have called me or told me when they called to confirm the appointment to let me know that the insurance wasn't going to cover it, instead of waiting until I'm there in person. The front end staff needs more training on how to do their job like running insurance prior to appointments or leave notes in the system to keep each other up to date. Coronas office has a better wait time than Riversides office has 2+ hours. read more

I recently went here after avoiding them for years and it seems like they have replaced a lot of staff and are working on being better. I recently established a pcp with Dr. Kevin Chen he was really attentive and helpful. Front desk is still a little ugh but back office e definitely has improved. Office admin is extremely rude which is unfortunate because the doctors are fine. The office purposely avoids the phones they don't close until 5pm but they keep phone on hold after 4:30pm then drop the call and play that phone game until the office closes at 5pm. Extremely unprofessional not helpful and make everything impossible when it comes to appointment needs and access to your paperwork etc. I left this practice because of how bad the office staff is. The office is a little outdated and I wasn't too happy about their covid policies (not allowing siblings) but that's lifted now. Oh man the ladies in the office are so unbelievably rude. The wait times to get through on the phone are horrible. I can see why they have the reviews they do. My doctor sent in some labs to get done I came to get labs done and nothing was sent. I called the office 4 times and finally got through and the lady said she would fax it over. I'm not sure if she faxed it to the wrong number or what because the office never got anything. I didn't want to wait any longer so I decided to just drive on over I thought it would be faster then trying to get through on the phone. I get there and the ladies and the desk were a nightmare. My review is solely based on coming for ultrasounds with Lena. I am not a patient under care here but am referred here for my pregnancy ultrasounds and have had great service by Lena. It's obvious how experienced she is. She is very quick and thorough and super friendly. She got me through my anatomy scan within 20 minutes, which typically takes about 45, but I didn't feel rushed. She even tried 3 different times throughout my scan to try to get gender because baby was being stubborn and got creative with having me move around to get baby to move and then we got it! I really appreciate that since we already have a gender reveal planned. Thanks Lena! :) I also appreciate they seem to use modern technology as I've had people comment on how clear my images come out. read more

This place is an absolute joke!! Since day ONE they had NO regard for any of my concerns. I had gone in back in 2016 due to an abnormal pap. Was told "I wouldn't be concerned if it was me, so I'm not really concerned that it's you." Oh okay. Why I decided to come back for my pregnancy is absolutely beyond me! I'm somewhere in my 2nd trimester. No idea where. Cause my ultrasounds have been all over the place. I've seen my OB ONCE. And then I get a call today that they need to reschedule my appointment because the Dr has emergency surgery. Okay cool. Just put me with a different doctor at the same time on the same day. Oh can't do that. So I ask for my medical records. Oh; that's $25 and needs to be authorized before they can give them to me. PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!! read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I was transferred here for prenatal care at 35 weeks, never met my delivery doctor, had to see a new physician assistant every week, at my last appt I came in with concerns about my water leaking and they never tested the fluid and told me it was just cervical mucus, which wasn't the case. My water had ruptured and was leaking, and due to their negligence my baby was born that week and was stuck in the NICU due to an infection that was caused by my water being ruptured for so long. When I explained that too them all I got was a half interested "oh no we're so sorry" and that was it. Not one actual f*ck or concern given for me and my child. Gorgeous building and doctor's office. Tons of easy parking out front. Good hours to be seen and several doctors working, so I was able to make an appointment for about a week later. For being a first time patient that is pretty fast compared to other places. The girls working are super nice and efficient. l came for my first appointment today and was seen as soon as I was done filling out the forms. Super clean, everything went smooth and the doctor really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. They also send perscriptions straight to the pharmacy so all you need to do is let them know where you want to pick it up and it will be ready by the time you get there, perfect trip to the doctors office, something you do not often get to say. read more

Wait time is horrible. Whenever I have an appointment scheduled I already know it will be an hour after the scheduled time and THEN 30 or so minutes for the PA or doctor to see you. I am on my second pregnancy and know what the symptoms to choleostasis are due to my first pregnancy . I requested to see a Dr. to verify that what was happening again. He said " most woman are usually itchy and it's normal" I told him this was different and I had already gone through this with my first baby and to please schedule labs. He was very hesitant and careless. He noticed I was getting very emotional/angry and agreed. I switched clinics that day and my new dr did verify I indeed have choleostasis, will be induced at 36-37 and will be monitored twice a week. The fact that this dr did not care for the well being of my baby or myself is extremely scary and disappointing. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT TO BE HEARD OR CARED FOR! read more

My son was a patient with dr Le I took him for his physical and brought up a concern of my son abnormally bruising she dismissed my concern claimed it was "normal for a boy his age" (he's 6) a month later he was diagnosed with leukemia. When she called me since choc sent over his report she was "shocked" and when I told her about how she dismissed my concern she said that she didn't want to waste labs!!! Literally the worst customer service I've ever received... the lady who scheduled my appointment spelled my first name and my last name wrong AND got my member ID wrong. She then told me she would call my insurance to see if they accept it. Then, When they called me two weeks later for my appointment, THREE different people put me on hold for over an hour to "verify my insurance", which should have been done two weeks prior by the appointment scheduler? Then, they called me back the next day and tell me that "i missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule.." umm.. i did not miss my appointment? I was on hold for an HOUR with three different people!! There is clearly NO communication whatsoever between staff members, and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They then call me to tell me they "don't take my Insurance after all". So I called my Insurance and they said Aspen DOES take my insurance, they were just too lazy to check. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time. Do not go here - staff has no idea what they are doing and shouldn't even have jobs. The doctors and the nursing staff are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is with the front office staff. Extremely incompetent and very rude. My daughters insurance plan had mysteriously dropped her before our visit, when we confirmed our appointment the office runs the insurance to make sure there is no issues, they knew that there was a problem but when I asked them why they didnt call us, " we didnt get around to it"..... also the last straw was they sent another patient's information and billing receipt to my house on accident, when I called them they played it as no big deal. My wait times have never been longer than 10 min The medical staff is very nice & the doctors are great. The only reason I'm giving a 1 star review is due to the front staff. They never seem to keep track of things. Anytime I have to call for a question I'll be placed on hold and almost positive that my call is forgotten because It'll go past 15 min being on hold and I'll have to hang up and call again and then as soon as I mention how long I've been waiting then they can help me right there and then.?? I've had issues with forms being completed incorrectly and they can't give me a direct answer to how long I have to wait for it to be done. Which leads me to having to call everyday to see the status. I called to make my 4 month check as well as confirm that they take my insurance 3 weeks prior to my actual appointment. I called 1 week prior to my appointment to confirm that they accept my insurance and that they will be able to do my second part of the screening to determine if my baby will have any defects. They again assure me yes. Well today, the day before my appointment to let me know that they do not accept my insurance. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant. No other obgyn is going to take me in being this damn far. Thanks for messing with babies health. The fact that you refuse to take an responsibility for the misinformation just shows how much you truly care for your patients. That's why I called TWICE. to ask if your except my insurance. I always wait forever even when I had an appointment, im still in the front wait room, have not been taken back, its been 45 minutes? do these people even care about their patients? I have another appointment in an hour across town, will I be able to make that appointment? who knows. I mean I was 3 minutes late to this appointment but still made it within the grace period and gave them a heads up, the lady at the front seemed annoyed when she saw I was late, I had to drive from chino from a different appointment, this is my only day off and Id like to be able to get what I need to get done, done. all I need is a shot, should take 5 minutes! should be in and out in 20 minutes, shouldnt have to be here for this long. read more

My experience with my doctor were pleasant. The staff on the other hand is incompetent and cannot handle simple tasks. When I asked them for a sheet of good and bad foods to eat during pregnancy, they asked if the doctor had asked me to have it... also, when making my appointment for blood-work, they did not notify me that I would be coming in to the office specifically just to get the paperwork sent out. So I paid for an in office visit where I literally spoke to the doctor for one minute and left. Not worth it. Now I have moved and have not been able to get my paperwork transferred because they cannot send a simple fax... I've called three times in the past MONTH. Very frustrating. read more
