The staff were very inviting. All of my questions were answered. Everyone has positive attitudes even down to the kitchen staff we tested the food. The food was hot and fresh. The rooms are spacious, and very clean. Its very warm and inviting. This turned around to be a easy decision. Definitely will be returning with both my parents moving in.

I was struck by the warmth of the place, just a welcoming homey and dynamic environment. Staff seems caring and accommodating. Some of the residents who were in the lobby were smiling and joking around. Others, in the dining room, were keeping busy, playing cards and bingo. One big family. This seems to be the place one would trust to help care for the loved one.

They NEVER gave her her medication the way she was supposed to get it. While living there, she constantly had glucose readings near 500, and they let the medication run out instead of reordering it on time. And when I complained, they always had an excuse. And the Director never listened to me and my complaints, all she did was cover up for the nursing director. My mom was there from June 30th through the end of November. Since she has been living with me, all of her numbers for her doctors are heading in the right direction, and all of her doctors have told me that. And her food was never hot when she ate any of her meals. It was either tepid or cool. I would never recommend that facility to anyone.

He was placed on a very comprehensive physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy program and has made excellent progress over the past two months. The facility is really nice and he has a spacious room where he can entertain guests although there are other areas outside his room to sit and chat as well as a lovely courtyard. He has enjoyed morning exercise classes and other activities and likes the food served in the dining room. All in all, we have been very satisfied with his experience.
