Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

Instead, it felt very comparable to what you can get with a basic gym day pass--infrared sauna, steam room, mineral pool, and cold plunge. My gym already offers all of that, so I was expecting something more unique or spa-exclusive. The biggest issue for me was cleanliness. The hot tub/pool area really needs a deep clean--there were visible skin cells and buildup along the edges, which completely took away from the experience and made it feel unhygienic. Overall, the atmosphere has potential, but between the cleanliness concerns and the lack of anything that sets it apart, I wouldn't recommend it. You can honestly get a very similar experience elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.
