My husband is employed through the Department of Veteran's Affairs and we have 2 types of dental coverage, Tristan entered only 1 coverage. I explained this to Tristan at intake and she seemed to understand this. Unfortunately, I had to have a representative from my insurance call her to explain and reconcile this matter with her. When I called Jensen and Jensen to inquire about rescheduling the procedure, Tristan was again very impolite and ended our conversation with a very condescending "have a nice day."
