I cried in my car both about the cost and the fact my teeth were so awful. I started having suspicions about it, especially when they never followed up on some questions. I went to another very established dentist for a second opinion, that several members of my family go to and I went to growing up, and has been around for more than 30 years. When I went to this trusted and experienced dentist, he told me that not only do I NOT need veneers, but if I were to get them it would only last 1-2 years because veneers are very fragile and because of my teeth grinding I would have ruined them and had to do it all over again. They said if and only if I actually need heavy work done, he would put in crowns, but does not see this happening anytime soon. All Smiles Dental was trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars, and veneers are not even covered by insurance. I would have ruined the veneers due to teeth grinding, and it seems any dentist should know this and not encourage people going broke over their teeth and completely ruining them. I cannot believe they do this to people and to create this financial and health stress in people's lives. I recommend going to Jain Dental in Plymouth. They are kind, trustworthy, and have many years of experience.

Matt greeted me promptly at 7:00 a.m. and prepped me, always his usual, courteous yet friendly self. His administration of novocaine was painless and he explained and double checked the procedure. Dr. D. then did the same, explaining each step as we went along while both he and his assistant kept me well rinsed and as comfortable as possible throughout. Visual scans confirmed everything that had been done and any questions I had were answered quickly and expertly. I have had some traumatic dental experiences in the past elsewhere, so was slightly hesitant going in. My family of 4 has been seeing the team at Parkway Dental for over a decade, though, so I know firsthand that they are beyond competent. They actually CARE about their patients. At no time did I feel unsafe or uncared for. I was even given a lovely fleece blanket that proved to be a great calming agent. Truly, though, it is their professionalism and compassionate care that shepherded me through. I go back in about a week for my permanent crowns and am actually looking forward to it!

We met with the Dr. O and his team, discussed my daughter case, and they were clear that she does not need to come back into the office. The Dentist planned out how my daughter will be scheduled at the surgery center at Children's Hospital and his team will reach out to me to schedule a date and time. We met in February, I was told the only earliest and available appointment at the surgery center will be at the end of July 2025. I was okay with it, just wanted my daughter to get the proper treatment asap. In April of 2025, I received a phone call to confirm the appointment at the surgery center at Children's Hospital via patient portal and confirmation by phone with his staff. I received a scheduled document of what to expect and time surgery takes place, time I should bring her in prior the surgery time. We waited for this day, she missed out on her last day of school, I missed work, and the surgery center told us my daughter was not scheduled to complete any procedure. I showed them the scheduled letter I received from her dental office. They recommended me to call my pediatric dentist office. I called the dental office, asking them about our appointment at the surgery center. The receptionist, "Kenzie" told me the appointment was under "pending," because I never confirmed with them since I took my daughter in February. I specifically told them their staff called me to confirm the date and time after our face-to-face appointment in the spring. Kenzie looked back to the last communication they had with me, told me "Yes, looks like someone called you in April about the appointment." She then said she can look and see if their is any "emergency surgery" appointment available, then said, " Well, looks like there is nothing open." I requested for the dentist or owner to call me back as my time was wasted, my daughter's condition is worsening as days go by. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL dentist and facility!!!! DON'T RECOMMENDED to NO FAMILIES! They are rude, especially the dentist calling back to put the blame back at me, repeating " I have not communicated and confirmed!" Dr. "O," and his unprofessionalism, does not look into solving the problem as trying to reschedule another appointment or apologize to how long they made us waited, instead he only wants me to go through my call log to make sure they are the one who called me! Excused me! As a parent who waited for a year for this referral, 5 MONTHS for this appointment, this is the only clinic we have visited since February 2025 and planned out her appointment to happen this July. I am not here to pick fight with the unprofessional who thinks he has a case to fight; I too work in the health industry as well, who his advocating for my child's wellbeing and had trusted in your plan of care for my child. Dr. O, owner of your own business, if you are really here for your community and care for children's dental health as much as you addressed on your core values of your company, PERFORM! My hygienist Crystal is gentle and lets me choose the flavor of my toothpaste and fluoride. We are similar in age so we like to chat about music and TV shows of the 80s/ 90s. A childhood stroll down memory lane which getting my teeth sparkly. Of course I've had other hygienists over the years and have never had a "rough" cleaning. Also many dentist's have worked in my mouth. From my childhood dentist Dr. Marvin (PD Silver Lake), to the late Dr. Kaatz (crowns and fillings), to Dr. Lutterman (crown) and currently Dr. Nguyen (crown and nightguard). I don't mind anesthetic but the vibration of the "drill" is annoying. They let me bring in my own earphones so I can listen to music while they are working. My last couple of appointments seem to fly by. And Dr. Nguyen is so kind and compassionate. And gentle when giving anesthetic...I didn't even feel it. She cares about doing quality work and made sure I was happy with the feel of my new crown/ nightguard. At my last crown visit they used a silicone suction device that kept my tongue and cheek out of the way. It also gave me something to bite on so my mouth wouldn't get tired from staying open. That was awesome! As much as I don't want dental work, I would like for that to be used again if needed. I have already recommended this clinic (and other locations of this company) to friends and family. They all seem to be satisfied with the care they receive too!

Jodi on the front desk staff has been rude, cold, and passive aggressive. Jodi gets very defensive and blunt when I would verify my billing questions with her. The billing situation is bad, they add credit card fees, steep no show fees inside of 48 hours, and don't work with you on bills. Jodi is always incredibly passive aggressive that I did not partake in their text reminders, because when I did I was bombarded with text blasts. I strongly suggest that anyone who goes here double check every line of their bill. When I asked to speak directly with the dentist about my concerns, Jodi brushed me off and refused to connect me, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. With a standing disagreement on one bill, and the inability to speak directly to the owner of the business, they dropped me as a patient within less than a month of being seen. Also if you're a parent you should know they take pictures of all the kids that go to their practice and post them for anybody to see, I feel as though that is not a safe practice for the local neighborhood. The whole experience still leaves me feeling taken advantage of and completely disrespected. I would never recommend this place to anyone if they have to talk to Jodi. If you care about being treated decently and not getting nickel and dimed for everything, stay away from Brimhall Dentistry.

It was a long procedure and the dentist and his assistance checked in with me multiple times to see how I was doing and helping me to be comfortable. Initially the front office had told me that they would not be able to verify my insurance because it was the weekend (and even suggested that I might come back the next day), but when the crown procedure was diagnosed and recommended they were able to verify the insurance (which covered 50 percent of the cost). Very glad to have landed in this office and might choose to use them for non-emergency dental work as well.
