I've always found 5 Elements style acupuncture the most effective for me. But Jenny takes that to another level. Jenny is one of those rare people who feels more like a friend than a practitioner. How she knows as much as she does about healing and about human nature without being 110 years old is very mysterious to me. When I first went to see Jenny while staying in her area because of a hand injury due to an assault, she helped me turn around a mentality of feeling like a victim (which predated the attack) in a single session. Years later, on a visit and suffering a very extreme allergy attack, I called Jenny. She actually answered the phone while on a vacation in Europe. Her recommendation of another practitioner with similar training who I saw in her absence again resulted in healing for much more than the problem that initiated the call. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jenny began providing me with herbal treatment and with distance healing via Skype. My sessions with her are one of the main reasons I've almost always been able to say "fine" and to really mean it whenever anyone asks how I am DURING A PANDEMIC. I almost feel guilty for the way I've been flourishing while the world seems to be going to hell. Of course I 100% recommend her. read more

Established in 1996.

After practicing acupuncture for a few years in Maryland, I opened a private practice on Cape Cod in 1998. I am certified in Chinese herbal medicine, Bach flower essence therapy, and interpersonal mediation and have studied and practice other healing modalities as well. My passion is supporting people in discovering the root causes of their ill health, healing that deep mental-emotional pain, and creating a vibrant and fulfilling life.

Meet the Business Owner: Jenny W.

Exploring inner and outer frontiers has always been my favorite pursuit. Growing up in Baltimore, I traveled with my family and on my own in the US and Western Europe, also living in England for 6 months at age 13. After graduating from Dartmouth College, I lived in Kyoto for a year, teaching English and steeping in Japanese culture. Back in the US, I lived on a farm, taught school and then entered acupuncture school at age 26. Upon graduation I opened a private practice, trained as a yoga teacher, then moved to Cape Cod, where I met my husband and settled down. While maintaining a thriving acupuncture practice, I trained in Chinese herbal medicine and other healing modalities over the years. Being married and parenting two boys has been a deeply important part of my life, and I am committed to supporting couples and families in communicating effectively. I wholeheartedly support my clients in connecting with themselves, nature and others in order to shine their light into the world

Jenny does a type of acupuncture called 5 Element, which treats the body as a whole unit, and the treatment is meant to put you back into balance. Once in balance, your body can fend off illness. I have had amazing results, and speak so highly of her ability and compassion. read more
