The caretaker of our house in No Wisco told us that our fridge was not working before this years summer season started. We called Jensen's to try to get if fixed before we came up. Much to our delight and surprise, they installed a loner before we arrived. We purchased new microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher while completing a kitchen remodel. John was fantastic to work with. We needed a new LP gas line run as we moved from an electric to a gas range and also added our gas dryer (not purchased from Jensen Akins). The guys that delivered, installed & removed the old appliances were also very good. They took care not to scratch or dent anything & also reviewed many of the new features of all the items. The work was done very well. We've now owned our appliances for 6 months. We had one issue with our over the range microwave. It stopped working. I called J-A and they were out the next day. The issue seemed to be a bad fuse it was replaced, tested & all seemed well. About 3 days later it died again, this time a key part (I'm sorry I don't know the name of the part) was the issue. They ordered the part which arrived in two days was installed and we've had no issues since. Not only was our business experience with the folks at J-A exemplary, being new to the Conover, Land O' Lakes area as we were they told us about the "Taste of Conover", "Forth of July" & other area events that we've enjoyed. read more

This firm has consistently provided truly exceptional service for our summer cottage in the Conover area. We purchased a refrigerator and range from them. Most recently, after a brutal winter when the cottage temperature was often below zero, we arrived at the cottage on a Saturday evening in May to open up the cottage and found that the refrigerator was not working properly. On the following day, Sunday, we called Jensens and left a message. At 7:30 am Monday morning, they called, scheduled an early morning visit to repair the unit, and had the unit up and running again shortly after 9:00 am. One could not find better service than that. We are glad that we purchased our appliances locally where such terrific service could be provided. read more

Buying a refrigerator here was a positive experience from start to finish. First the salesman, John, suggested that we try repairing the appliance. That didn't work, so they delivered our new refrigerator and the delivery guys were incredibly helpful rather than scratch the door, they removed it so that the delivery would not cause any scratches in the house. These are careful and professional people, and I can't recommend them highly enough. read more
