Their policy is no refunds. My father became ill and was placed in hospice. That became my priority. I wrote them and they give no response. Terrible customer service. No compassion. Once they have your original money don't rely or believe the warranties on the product. Very disappointed.

After payment or upon pick-up. We picked up on a Tuesday, but didn't set the chair up until Saturday. My wife slept in it one night. Feet dangled off the end of recliner. Description says for people over 6 feet. My wife is maybe 5'4' Next day she said she couldn't adjust to the foot dangling & wanted to return. Called the store. We were told they had a 24 hour return policy. We were never told this verbally and since we never received a receipt, were never given written notice. Had we known there was a 24 hour return policy, we would have picked it up a different day. Have never heard of 24 hours to adjust to furniture. Contacted the sales person. She talked to her manager. He agreed to accept our return as long as we could do it that day and our money would not be refunded. We would only receive store credit. We kept the chair and are selling it privately. It has never been used since. DO NOT EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE & APPLIANCEMART.

We found what we wanted, at a fair price, and they delivered the next day. They even took away our old sofa. Highly recommended!

I stopped-into Minocqua Furniture to browse their showroom and found a few bedframes that were close to what I was looking for. Rebecca offered to help me and I pointed-out a couple of examples on their floor explaining that they were close but not exactly what I wanted whereupon Rebecca told me that they could custom make a bedframe for me so that it matched exactly what I wanted. I was delighted and spent some time going over specs and measurements. A reasonable time later, the delivery folks showed-up on my doorstep with my beautiful new bedframe, assembled it and removed the old bedframe. From start-to-finish, these folks were so great - helpful, responsive, resourceful & creative. And, on top of all that, I paid a very reasonable price for a beautiful, custom fabricated bedframe! I would absolutely do business with these terrific folks again.

We purchased a second home in Northern WI and the thought of decorating it made me almost dread the purchase. All of that changed yesterday when my husband and I met with Laura at Roughing It. She took the time to understand our style and was cognizant of our price point. Within two hours we purchased multiple furniture pieces and matching accessories that were spot on. She had an opinion, but wasn't opinionated. She also helped us with picking out the right tile and counter tops at a store a few miles away. We had been to three other furniture stores prior and after two hours always left frustrated and even more confused as to what to purchase. Beat shopping experience of all time:)

Basics: High Quality, Great Service Lodge style furniture store…read more Our family recently built a new home in the region and were impressed by the high quality assortment of options to fill our home. "Lisa" worked with us and was perhaps one of the best sales persons I have ever worked with. Understanding our concerns with viewing furniture "in the store" she arranged to come 30 miles away to our home. She came promptly at 9am the next day with a gift of homemade bread. After less then an hour she called the store and arranged for an entire truck full of furniture to be delivered from the showroom that afternoon. By 3pm two men were bringing in rooms full of furniture for us to view in place. During the day talking and waiting for the delivery, I had opportunities to ask a lot of questions... The store is apparently owned by 2 brothers who enjoy hunting and outdoor life. I understand that "Lisa" and other sales persons work on salary. The NO pressure sales approach is wonderful. Not sure we could get better service!
