From the warm welcoming personality of the woman (sorry I don't recall her name), I spoke to on phone, to the electrician (Jake) you guys are simply amazing! After installing our new pendant light, my wife and I were disappointed that it was defective. Jake came back and took it down, so we can return it for another. You did this for no additional charge. Then Jake came back to reinstall the replacement fixture, again for no additional charge. In this age, where profit outweighs decency, Home-N-Around is a beacon of light. Cody worked with me and found a vendor who would sell the matching carved red oak handrail at price comparable to the simpler, less expensive styles I was afraid I would have to settle for.
