I took a chance on Master of Generators and Electrical Service and am happy that I did. I almost canceled because it was nearly 4 pm, and I hadn't heard from them since 2 pm. I wasn't confident Christian could finish the work before dinner time. When I called to cancel, a professional lady offered to get Christian and Jeremy's ETA, which went well. They apologized for running behind schedule. However, I am not off the hook because I should have believed MGES when they stated that the electricians would "arrive between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm," which I now know, in hindsight, they would have. Christian and Jeremy are fantastic electricians. They came through the door dripping with experience, confidence, and wonderful personalities. One worked on the hallway light fixture while the other tackled the dining room. When Christian put up the flush mount fixture for the hallway within 10 minutes, he joined Jeremy to help assemble a complex chandelier. That chandelier encompassed several bars to connect to eight lights. Despite my initial concerns, the task was completed in a remarkably short time, with the total service time being under an hour. Christian and Jeremy not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their service was impeccable, and the price I paid for such efficient and high-quality work was more than reasonable. Alberto installed electrical outlets, switches, and specialized lighting in our theater room. This was no small feat because our lighting needs included swivel fixtures that needed to be installed in pinpoint locations that were difficult to access. Alberto navigated a range of technical problems that arose, particularly in wiring through a complicated wall cap and joist system, as well as through cabinetry boxes I was in the process of constructing. Alberto also talked through several ideas with me and provided excellent suggestions, even on aspects of the theater outside his hired scope of work. Alberto finished the work on time and on budget. The end result appeared as if I hired an expensive company specializing in theater construction, but I never had to pay the hefty price tag those types of companies typically demand. I was impressed with Alberto's expertise and work ethic, so I added several additional items to his scope of work while he was at our house. Alberto installed lighting and a dimmer switch in a window bench and cabinetry in my daughter's room as a reading nook. My daughter's reading nook was a project near and dear to my heart because I spent the better part of 2 years building it, so I was particularly picky about how the lighting's end result looked. Alberto nailed it....both the look and the functionality. We also asked him to install several ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout our home. I have since asked Alberto to return to install additional chandeliers and ceiling fans at our home. Further, Alberto provided quotes on upgraded light switches, cat6 ethernet cable installation, and EV charger installation as future projects we intend to hire him for.
