Travis told me they were so new we had to order it to get in line for them so he did. After a month or so the projector came in ahead of schedule. This upgrade was also for all the gaming I do in my theater room so this projector could do 4k 120HZ which was something my last projector could not do. Travis sent Rafeal over to install the projector and some fancy switch and we had to get new HDMI cables that could carry 4k 120 HZ. Well the switch would not do what was advertised they tried for a long time to get the switch to do the 120 but it would not. They came out a second time this time with Rafeal and Chris they worked a long time making calls and looking stuff up to figure out what the problem was. The kept me informed of the plan to fix it which involved putting a new board in my receiver and ditching the fancy switch. So the third time they came out again always on time if not a little early. They got it working in no time with the proper piece they needed. We cannot stress enough how pleasant it was working with Travis, Rafeal, and Chris. I strongly suggest using GHT it is a local owned company and they do amazing work if you are interested in High end stuff. I used to try and save money and use the big box places but they just do not have the skills nor the equipment that GHT can get a hold of. They are super knowledgeable you will not regret using them.

Then we paid our deposit and was scheduled. 2 days prior to the install date I called the companies office where a young lady answered. I asked her if the company provided any 3d renderings or images so we could be sure that we were on the same page. The lady stated that someone, I forget the name, was a VISIONARY and they do not provide images. We did not care for anyone's vision other than ours because we must live with it and we knew what we wanted. The day of the install. The sub-contractor shows up and proceeds to build. As I see the wall shaping up and did not look like what I expressed in my consultation. The guy says that to do what I ask it would be an additional $800 and I should pay him directly. Which after seeing more progress, was what I ordered in the first place. On a call with the owner of the company, which he acted as if he didn't know what was going on, we had to pause the project to have a meeting because I felt as if the sub was trying to hustle me. The sub constructed my wall with a wood veneer, and it was supposed to be drywall to flow in consistency with the rest of the room. I did not ask for wood, nor do we like it. After they were aware of their mistake, they spent time trying to convince us that what was done was better than what we asked for and that we should accept that. NO! the additional time, labor and costs are yours to deliver what we ordered. After this we were then rescheduled to complete this project only to again have poor communication with scheduling. The second day they come back they left a guy here to do drywall and the guy came to me and said he was not left with the proper amount of material to finish. I had to go buy the materials. As I expressed my dislike for having to do this with the owner, her is his response "This is something that can happen. You cannot calculate exact parts for the job, especially if it's custom and there are no descriptions of materials only a picture. I will go ahead and contact....". The guy measured and built a wall, and you say you can't calculate materials? WOW, so someone is incompetent. I own a business in a similar field, and I have never had to have a client go to the store. This is a piece of Sxxt operation ran by people with zero business acumen. Points: 1. Lack of communication between company and subcontractor. 2. Design was not the same as build. 3. I had to install dust barriers and floor coverings to protect my home. 4. Poor communication between us and the company. 5. We had to go out and buy materials. 6. They used my ladder/equipment. 7. Came unprepared daily 8. Poor scheduling and time management I totally regret giving these people my business.

I've been really disappointed in Intuitive AV's team and I question the positive reviews I read…read morebefore hiring them to install a surveillance system at my home. IAV designed its scope based on the needs I described (I needed 8 cameras that would record 24/7 and record all human or vehicular motion...plain and simple). IAV strongly recommended the Luma camera system. I agreed and they installed. They forgot to set up motion alerts during the installation. After a lot of back and forth, including pushback from their sole in-house engineer Eddie, IAV reluctantly sent their technician back to the property. He updated the settings to allow notification. Now I receive literally 300 notifications a day because a leaf on the corner of my property will wiggle in the breeze. We turned down the sensitivity to a 2 and I still get hundreds of notifications. See attached pics for a small window of time. The system cries wolf and is completely ineffective. I've asked Eric the CEO to send someone back to the house to fix the settings but he refuses saying I signed off on the installation and he's no longer responsible for it even though we're well within the 12 month warranty period. I've filed claims with the state licensing agency and Secretary of State. This is a sad situation but IAV just doesn't have the manpower or expertise to solve basic surveillance problems. I get the feeling they are spread really thin.

I recently moved to Alpharetta (love you, East Lake, hate you, crime) and our beautiful new suburban home had a first gen Hitachi flat screen complete with DVI-cabled HD tuner installed at what must have been 13 feet on our stack stone fireplace. See my uploaded pic. I'm not looking to alter the stone mantle, so suffice it to say we're resigned to having a TV that is mounted ridiculously high. But the old TV was 8" above the mantle so there was room for improvement. I got a sick deal on a TV at Yellow box place and also picked up a matching surround/DVD combo, and gave Eric a call. First note that Eric is a workhorse and he and his crew work basically 7 days a week, so finding an open slot isn't impossible. Eric drilled new, lower holes in the stone, rehung the mount I had (savings!) and ran the wires (two 12ft+ HDMI cables and power, plus another cable for remote if needed in the future, and my center speaker cable. He was out of the formally installed power boxes so offered to come back the following week to install one and ran a power cord as an interim solution. He came back the next Saturday, installed the box plus an extra optical cable on request, and only charged for materials. The install is top notch and I believe what I paid was totally fair (~$400 inclusive of cords and power box, and it was a LOT of work). Mounting on a plain wall is one thing but on a stacked stone fireplace is a situation you don't want to tackle on your lonesome. BTW, plain wall installs are super inexpensive - $190 I think including mount and cables. Add it all up. It's a deal.
