Never coming here again. I spent $1300 on a ring for my now ex fiancé and a little over a month later I came to see if I could return it. Lady told me I was two days too late to be refunded anything and I asked if I could talk to a manager and she basically refused to do anything saying her manager was out of town and just told someone the other day they also couldn't return their ring. I understand there all policies but she wasn't understanding and didn't try to do anything to help me. read more

I have a sterling silver chain that I carry a small urn of my son around my neck. About a week ago the chain broke at the clasp and we are in Eureka for the summer. Needless to say, there are not alot of jewelers in Eureka, Montana. On a trip to Kalispell a week ago we dropped in to Jensens to see if my chain could be fixed. We were told by the amazing sales person, didn't catch her name, but she has personality PLUS! She said the master jeweler wasn't there, it was her day off, and would be back the next week. On our next trip to Kalispell I dropped in and fortunately the goldsmith, Lisa Darr was there. I explained to her what I needed and she said that she was very busy and it may take a few days. I guess the dejected look on my face said it all and she asked what the chain held. I told her it has my son's small urn on it and she immediately said, "give me 15 minutes and I'll fix it for you". Needless to say my face turned to a smile and sure enough 15 minutes later I had my chain back, completely fixed and shined to a bright silver. I cannot thank Lisa enough for her not just "customer service" but "human service"....I can't tell you how much I appreciate this....I will highly recommend Jensens jewelers for their phenomenal "human/customer service"..... read more

I was in the market for some earring backs so I went in for new ones. They suggested I have my diamond engagement ring cleaned. Thank God! My husband bought my wedding ring from here 10 years ago, and we have since moved to Seattle. I recently lost my wedding ring, And was completely distraught about it. My husband offered to get me a new ring but I wanted the same ring he got me- and since that wasn't an option I at least wanted the same exact ring model . I remembered he bought the ring from Jensen Jewelers. I figured it was a longshot but I called to see if they still had the ring in stock, I spoke to Ashley who found the ring in the system at a different store and said I could come in And see about financing for it. I explained to her that I lived out of state so that probably wasn't going to happen but that was OK , but she said Lwt lee see what we can do- and she called me back a few days later to let me know that they were willing to help us even though we were out of state because they wanted us to be able to get the ring. It turns out the very next day we found my wedding ring much to my relief. Ashley actually texted me this morning reaching out to me checking in to see how the process was going. they were amazing 10 years ago when we got the ring and still amazing and great with customer service today! read more
