First time coming here , saw they had amazing reviews so glad I came! Not only did they accommodate me before closing but Sandra took her time and was super patient with my toddler . It's very hard to find places that are patient and gentle with kids. I did notice everyone seems very happy , friendly and super clean location . Michael has invited My son and I to get a fresh cut at Jeorges not long after we met at church. Clean work space, constantly being swept of excess hair on the ground; was impressive. Staff was friendly enough, welcoming new guests and keeping small talk going with the clients in their chairs. Michael was excellent, knowledgeable and offering options every step of the way. If you have a fussy child/pre-teen (that isn't fond of getting haircuts, or doing much of anything besides playing video games), you're in good hands with Mike. I came in with a buddy during these "socially distanced" times. I gotta say, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. They are doing haircuts outside and all of the barbers wear masks to give you your haircut. It was HOT outside, but fortunately, they are able to set up outside, but in the shade as well. Also, they had an "easy-up" for customers to sit and wait for their haircut. I didn't wait longer than 15 minutes before I got my haircut. My barber did my haircut pretty quick (although I don't get anything special, merely a trim). read more

DON'T COME HERE!!!! As I walked in 4-5 barbers were outside smoking, not that big of a deal. I sat waiting for over 20min and no one asked if I need a cut! No one even looked at my direction, they could clearly see me waiting and they just continued to smoke and laugh it up. I was looking for a new barber, clearly this isn't the place. Highly recommended this place. Specially JT he knows how to keep kids calm and relaxed. I've taken my 3 year old other places and they struggle with him. But 1st time with JT he let my son play with some toys to get his mind away from him and grew trust now I won't ever go else where. The inconsistencies when it comes to this barber shop is ridiculous. Some days the hair cuts are ok but most of the times the haircuts are horrible. I learned my lesson and I'm no longer coming here for any services. Came for a touch up on my fade and I left with a completely different haircut. read more

If you rock a Flat Top (flattop) then cici is the one for you, she has the skills most young barbers do not. I have a high and tight with longer bangs that are combed into a quiff. CICI pulled it off on the first cut, I used to have a good barber from S&S named Rudy, but the guy retired at 70. I'm glad I found someone that could take his place. read more

The shop is cleaner than Big W and actually looks like a business inside. From what I can tell... EVERYONE here knows how to cut hair properly. Its just an overall better experience. Has some of the best barbers around however here are some of the things that need improvement: 1. No consistency in pricing. Some barbers will trim your beard up with their cut while others will charge you $10. (make sure you ask before you sit down). 2. Shop hours are not real. WTF? If you happen to walk in after the posted hours of 6PM they charge you $20 bucks off the top, not posted!! 3. Barbers attitude. If you walk in an they don't "feel it" they'll pawn you off to newer barbers and excuse themselves with the "I have an appointment coming in" excuse. Guys are good and I think they know it. Catch them before someone comes and eats their lunch, just get a thick skin. read more

The reason for my low rating is due to many reasons which I hope the owner will read and take into consideration in order to make some much needed changes. First of all I understand if you are new and just began your career as a barber but they should be held to some standards or have someone supervising if that is the case. My son's haircut took over an hour. In the end I was not at all happy with the result. He focused on the sides the whole time, just kept going and going at it. He was already removing the cover as if he was finished when I asked about the top of his hair. He then said, " oh you want a trim at the top too?" Yes of course, why wouldn't I? Second my son was in pain the whole time because the clippers or the barber's technique kept pulling his hair. This has never been our experience anywhere else. Due to that my son was afraid and very tense. The environment was bad. There is a sign that says, "no foul language allowed" yet that is all I heard. A few young guys were playing fooseball and they kept yelling and cursing the whole time. I was uncomfortable the whole time. read more

Went into the barber shop to get a haircut asked for a taper fade, the guy said alright we agreed on the length and he started cutting. The whole haircut was about an hour long and the guy was pretty rough with the machine and when he would hold my head to cut my sides he applied lots of pressure kinda hurt after a while! I went into this shop because I saw the good reviews and was away from my hometown so I was like okay I'll give it a shot. The haircut was bad he left the back of the top of my head long while the front was short and all the hairs were uneven. When I went back to my original barber so she can try and save my hair she noticed how uneven it was and how the back of my head was all red and I started breaking out probably he used dirty combs or machines. Also where he lined me up it was all red, when I combed my hair I used hairspray and when I applied it it burned even on the top which never happened before. Easy to say I will not be returning here maybe the other barbers are good but after this experience I sure don't want to risk it! read more

This is based upon me attempting to walk in for a haircut for my son until I seen one of the barbers who at first I thought was a customer walk in with a vape pen and then continue to cut a customers hair. He actually smoked the pen inside the shop. There were 2 other customers there getting a haircut as well! Not sure if the manager/ owner was on site but how is that acceptable? read more

He has sensory problems and doesn't do well with the noise or sensation of the clippers. Each and every time they have been beyond patient and have done the best work I've ever seen a barber do on my son. Very disappointed with the way Ceci cut my son's hair, we tried explaining to her the situation and instead of her rectifying the problem, she removed the cape from my son and told him to go, and she has the nerve to tell me that it's because my son's head isn't right, my son has had his haircut there many times by other barbers and we've never had a problem. In dire need of a haircut, I found Jeorge's barbershop about 9 months ago and have been a regular ever since. It is conveniently located in the shopping center at Central and Philadelphia in Chino which is near my residence; I can walk and don't burn gas to get there. It is a family owned business with great customer service and they take walk-ins. Jeorge's has competitive pricing, is adequately staffed so there are no long waits (even on the weekend), is family and kid friendly, employs very talented barbers with service in English and Spanish, and provides a wonderful old time barbershop experience whether you're six or 60 years old. They even offer a senior discount ($11) Monday through Wednesday. For the past three years, I have worn my hair high and tight, and very short on top. As easy as that may sound, its been difficult to get a consistent, quality haircut. My barber is Karen Padilla and she is wonderfully talented and has remembered how I want my hair cut since the first day; I love that I don't have to explain it every time. She also engages me in intelligent conversation which is nice as there is no awkward silence looking for strained conversation. This provides a nice comfort level and adds to an already great experience. I recommend her highly. read more

The only time I really liked my hair is when Karren cut it. One time I had it seriously messed up and had to come back to have it fixed. Just waited for an hour there, to realize there was a tiny pad of paper and pen I should have written my name on. No one said a word to me or even acknowledged me the whole time I was there. Goodtimez then spent so much in texting while you are having your haircut so it's taking you so much time ... They close at 9pm and said will accept appointment but definitely they only pick who they want to cut your hair at night..this place is better ...
