I can no longer recommend Dales Barber Shop. There is no Dale and this is not a Salon. The haircuts are inconsistent and more often poorly done. I also feel that it hosts an unclean environment. This shop is old and outdated. It is cheap in terms of price and you get what you pay for. I agree with the one star ratings given by other patrons. i went here and got one of the WORST cuts of my life. asked for a low taper and got what seems to be a bowl cut with a mix of mullet. do not go here unless you want to get something compl different than what you asked for. read more

I visited Dale's shop for the first time and met Johna on 01/07/2022 because I'd grown tired of cutting my own hair for years now. And my vision isn't what it use to be and felt if I didn't want to end up giving myself an involuntary 'Mowhawk', I'd better leave my haircuts to a professional Barber. I got lucky the day I walked in this day, as I wasn't aware it's recommended to make an appointment for a cut, but after waiting on two gentlemen ahead of me, I was up next. Needless to say, Johna was patient with me as I explained what I was looking to have done, as this would also be my Birthday haircut for 01/18 and had high hopes I would walk out looking better than what I walked in with. Dales is a busy barber shop . But if you schedule an appointment , they stick to it and their prices are very reasonable.

Good no nonsense haircuts. Prices are still reasonable so it's best to tip generously.

11 months later, still getting great haircuts here. The staff doesn't have a high turnover. It's a little hole in the wall that deals in cash. Standard haircut will set you back $9 and 15-20minutes. This is a no nonsense barber shop, decent hair cuts at a bargain price($9.00). You can't beat that price. This isn't the place if you want the latest fashion cut or a man bun. They will give you a regular cut or trim with a nice fade or taper. The best haircutter is Johna, who is there on Monday's and Tuesday's. She does the best job on those side fade and taper cuts so that they are uniform from top to bottom. read more

I got the worst haircut of my life here. It was patchy and uneven, and I was even left with a small bald spot behind the ear while some parts were left uncut completely . The place I've been getting my hair cut for about 15 years closed about 6 months ago. I've been looking for a place since then. I've tried several and didn't love any of them. They didn't do a bad job but just didn't feel right. I tried Dales today after seeing some posts on chino connects. I've found the new place to get my hair cut now. This place is mess. Idk about the lady works their, but the guy is old and doesn't even clean the cloth before putting it on next customer. After is was done getting haircut, i was all covered with white hair, coz of dirty cloth he used and he didn't even care about cleaning hair from my face or back of head, after the haircut was done. He just cuts hair randomly from here n there. He's not even able to tell, if the hair are un-evenly cut and sticking out or not. I think he's too old to see and cut good. They are cheap, but the dirtiest place and lamest haircut i ever got in my life from here. I guess this place is only for old people, who doesn't really care about how the hair r cut.
