Like everyone else I do have a busy schedule too. Never complained always left a tip. So today I walked into the shop at 9:08 (my appointment was at 9 ) eight minutes past my appointment time and she ask me if I could come back later because she already called her next appointment to come in early because I didn't contact her and tell her I was running a few minutes late. ( funny thing she also has my contact information too but didn't reach out either) I thought I was a good client, but I guess not. So my advice if you're late, don't show up or call in advance and maybe she'll accommodate you. It's too bad because she's a good barber but she lost 4 clients.
