I know this is a chain, and there several locations around the area. A few friends and relatives have tried them and told me about it. Today, a friend said she wanted dessert and so we stopped in for a treat. It's a small place and they were fairly busy after school. But it was worth a wait. We stop here regularly and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. We've taken groups of visitors here and everyone always enjoys it. We usually get gelatis for the best of both worlds--a little ice and a little creamy custard. The mini sizes are perfect for me and small kids. We've tried many of the flavors and so far only the lemon was lacking that punch of flavor for me, but you can sample any flavor you like. Mango is popular with my family, followed by cherry. My 9 year old and I did our own little ice cream food tour of Boca/Delray last week because when its 80 degrees and sunny all you want to eat is ice cream. As least for those of us who are 9 (or in their 40s :)) and live in freezer like temps in Chicago. You can choose your own mix ins, which my 9 year old did to make it super sweet. He went with root beer italian ice, swirl ice cream and nerds candy. It wouldn't be my ice cream of choice, but he seemed very happy. I chose from their list of options because I figured Jeremiah knows best and went with the strawberry shortcake. I ordered the tadpole size since we had a lot more ice cream in store for us (this was our first stop). I planned to only eat a few bites, but it was too good not to eat the entire thing. I've now had Jeremiah's twice this week! I have lived in Boca a long time and was very sad when Rita's closed many years ago and nothing has come close since. That is until Jeremiah moved in. I've tried both soft serves and for the ice I have tried cookie butter, cookies and cream, p-nutty, and scoop froggy frog. They are all very good. The frog is maybe just a bit too minty for me to enjoy a whole order of. The p-nutty is probably my favourite. I got my gelati with Oreo topping and it was layered throughout the entire cup. Overall I think the amount you get for the price is fair. The quality is very good, I love the mix of soft serve and ice. The vanilla soft serve I find is creamier than the chocolate, I like getting a swirl. I should also mention that my order was via Uber eats and it was packaged up very nicely, they are competent with delivery. The only thing is I clicked the box for utensils for both times I ordered and never received any. If you really need a spoon I would call and remind them. read more

The ices are flavored, there is Gelati - which I think is Italian Ice Cream- quality cream/ice cream, and chocolate or vanilla soft-serve that I was told is ice cream. New special concoctions are now at the top of the Menu boards. Because I am a creature of habit I often get the "Scoop Froggy Frog" which is Jeremiah's take on a mint chocolate chip treat. When I told the staff, they issued a refund but didn't seem overly concerned. I also reached out to management privately via their website to address this matter and make sure they would re-train their staff on safe food handling practices, but after getting no response in over 1 week, I need to share this publicly in case it happens again to someone else. I went up to the window to order and there was not a soul there. It was sad to see a restaurant so empty. When they first opened you had to wait in line for probably a good 15 minutes. The first thing I noticed when she open the window was the smell of Fabuloso cleaner hitting me in the face. Just because you can smell the cleaner doesn't necessarily mean the place is clean. It looks clean. But the smell alone was enough to make me want to leave. The only reason why I did not leave is because my husband is in the hospital and I wanted to bring him an Italian ice. they only have one sugar-free option and it's sour apple. Sour apple would not be my first choice even if it wasn't sugar-free. Also when I asked if they could put it in a cup for to go that would be more insulated like a Styrofoam cup of some kind they didn't have anything only clear plastic cups so not good for transport. unfortunately I think what really turned me off was the chemical smell. Came back last night (8-6-21). The product is amazingly good as usual, but nothing is being done about line management. People should not be standing in line in the road/parking lot. I don't why people don't wrap the line around the left side corner where it's safer. It's a strange phenomenon to witness. Management needs to step in and implement a rope system or something to direct the line laterally or something. Also tastings should be suspended when there are 50 people in line. Or have them go to the inside line for that. The stores around the Orlando area are MUCH more efficient, and we've been to a few of them in the past. read more

I have been a customer of this location since they opened and never had an issue. Tonight was the 2nd time I had an issue with the same employee. I wish I could tell you his name but I dont know it. I waited in line for about five minutes and when he came to the window the first thing he said to me was that I needed to wait until somebody else came in to serve me because he was refusing to serve me because the last time I was there I did not like his service and I wrote a bad review. The last time I was there he was rude I explained to him that I did not want sprinkles in my order and he do so and after the third time that I stated I did not want them he got nasty and threw the ice cream cone away. tonight as soon as he saw me he was nasty and rude refusing service. He told me I needed to wait for somebody else to come in which was another seven minutes when I had already been waiting for five arguing with him for another five when I had to be someplace. I told him that the time he spent arguing with me I could've already had my order and been on my way. I did file a complaint with the corporate office and I didn't hear back from anybody but now I am going to file another complaint and I will be calling the corporate office demanding to speak to somebody you do not treat a long time paying customer this way. I understand everybody has bad days and he was working completely by himself so when I saw him this evening I gave him the benefit of the doubt but right off the bat he was nasty. If I need to take my business to a different location then I will but that is not how you treat a customer and he should definitely be written up for it read more
