Super pleased with the work from Kohei and Sayuri! We had some larger projects done to a recently bought home like fumigation, insulation and HVAC, so there was tons of dust across the house that just needed a good clean. We have a craftsman house, so was really hoping to have someone who knew how to best take care of the wood details at our house too. I used their services to clean up our home after the recent wildfires. The people who came were very nice and seemed very trustworthy. Overall, they did a pretty good job. But my only comment is that they are very pricey (in my opinion) for the level of work done. But since this is a business with real top notch employees and not owners doing the work (at least for us) then I guess it makes sense. Before, I had a family friend type person come, so the prices were way lower...which makes sense. I had my exterior windows cleaned by Jeremy's crew. I am very happy with the results. They use spot-free window cleaning water, so they didn't have to dry each window with a towel. However, they did look for any hard to remove stains, and used a towel to make sure they got everything to the best of their ability.
