Their teams scrub all surfaces and even lift my rugs to mop the floors! I hear them lifting items off my counters so they can clean all surfaces. My mom's new condo was recently remodeled and needed some deep cleaning from all the construction dusts. We tried to clean ourselves at first, and after 4 hours, we didn't even make a dent! So we called for help. Given it was a Sunday, no one was picking up except Tammy. She was warm, professional and was willing to drive an hour on her day off just to give us a quote. I was at the end able to give her enough info for her to give me a rough quote, and she brought in two of her ladies first thing next day morning. Now I wasn't there myself, but my mom is one of the most OCD person I know (she is first gen from China, so nothing is ever good enough). I was quite nervous and told her whatever isn't up to her standard, I will come to finish myself. Surprisingly, after almost 6 hours of work, my mom called me and told me not only she tipped the ladies herself (this is VERY unusual, my mom never tips), she said the house was pretty much ready to be moved-in and now I just need to move her boxes (haha).
