The shutters were still dusty, the refrigerator was left with water streaks, and the countertops felt sticky after they were done. I ended up having to go back and clean several areas myself. i initially sent a good review but that was for the two women that cleaned my home, then i had to deal with their management team, it was their intervention that caused this review. First, I had to chase them to send me an invoice from the first cleaning and even that was a challenge. That message was not nice, which was shocking but i tolerated it. I scheduled another cleaning after the first cleaning, and when I moved my schedule around to accommodate this date, they suddenly pushed my appointment out on the day of. An owner, Jay, then texted me with a strong message, implying that this was all my fault. When i responded, they sent me another message saying there was miscommunication so they will not clean my home and they would be walking away. WOW, they found a way to turn this entire thing around and make this my fault and then rat her than clarifying things, they just walked away. Karma is a horrible thing and their rude management style will take a big bite. I feel sorry for the cleaning crew. I guess they have enough business that they don't need me, which is fine, but we are owners of a business and would never treat a customer like this. read more

Our tile problems started when we had our bathroom remodeled. Our tile guy put on a matte sealer on our tiles that looked great, but when I tried to clean the floor a few weeks later, the sealer started peeling off. It looked horrible and I knew this was gonna be a headache, so we decided to just remove the tile sealant altogether in all 3 restrooms. We contacted several tile/grout cleaning companies that same night, including Upholstery Pros, and even had someone else come out to give us a quote the next day. Ultimately, we decided to go with Upholstery Pros because they were the most responsive (even at 9pm!), friendliest, informative, and found their price to be reasonable. Thankfully, Justin was able to fit us in and come the next week. His team did a fantastic job at removing the sealant from our tiles and they applied a new sealant on the grout. He even made sure to cover our baseboards and walls so nothing would get damaged. (Side note, the other tile guy we got a quote from said our baseboards may get damaged and need paint touch ups if he removes the tile sealant. With Upholstery Pros, I haven't seen any need for paint touch ups or baseboard replacements). We are so happy with the results! Thank you Upholstery Pros and Justin! I was ripped off by another company called Organic Choice in Anaheim who did a horrible job on my Microfiber sofa, love seat and chair. I'm not sure soap was even used. They said there were different levels of cleaning with a different price for each level, which was is a complete scam. Now they can't be reached by phone, nor do they have a physical location. Upholstery Pro's came and did an outstanding job on all three pieces of furniture. Their price was fair and they didn't try to up-sell us. The two-man crew was professional, courteous, explained their process in great detail and showed us in advance the chemicals and solutions they would be using. Now our furniture again looks clean.
