Oh what a disaster this place is. With so many other options I don't know why I put myself through "working" with Jeremy Forcier and his awful assistant Elizabeth Rantissi (whom you will only be working with). Jeremy made it sound like it would be easy getting our mortgage with him and that he would take care of us every step of the way. I spoke with him once when he sold me on this and then again about 6 months later after I'd been through hell dealing solo with Elizabeth his assistant. He was no where to be found during the entire process! He would just always refer me back to assistant. He's one of those Tony Robins followers trying to act like he's successful and has all these lofty sales goals but provides ZERO support during the process. Now onto his assistant Elizabeth, she is completely cold and demanding. We were so excited about buying our home and she made the process a nightmare! She wasn't helpful with any questions, I literally had to figure out the process online and watch Youtube videos because she just requesting more docs and more docs. She literally could give a crap if you get funded, I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. In conclusion we were able to close no thanks to Jeremy or Elizabeth, there are so many brokers that are begging for business right now save yourself the pain from working with this guy! read more

I am not one to leave yelp reviews as I figure everyone has bad days. That said, I am so unsatisfied with my experience with Jeremy Forcier and his team, I wanted to share in hopes it helps others avoid the same situation. I have reached out to Jeremy twice over the last 2 months to give him a chance to address my concerns but he has not responded. Here's my story: I was referred to Jeremy and my initial meeting was great, I was looking forward to working with him. After that meeting, my interactions were with someone on his team with the exceptions of a couple emails. Although it felt like a bait & switch, I get it. A growing business, can't take care of everyone personally. Unfortunately, during the employment verification process, a member of Jeremy's team sent information regarding my mortgage to my IT team, not confidentially to the HR team. I felt so exposed and expressed my concern and disappointment to Jeremy's team expecting that I would hear an apology from Jeremy. To Jeremy's credit, I did get a voicemail from him letting me know he understood there was an issue and if I called him back he'd be sure to "get right back to me". I was a little surprised he didn't have more details about the issue given the confidential nature of his business and the breach but was hoping his call back would be satisfying. Since returning that call at the beginning of July (I got his voicemail and left a message), I also emailed him mid-August. I haven't had a response from him or his team via phone or email. read more

On the heels of closing our second home, I wanted to highly recommend the incredible loan officer we worked with in Petaluma - Jeremy Forcier (Team Forcier) of Cross Country Mortgage. Jeremy miraculously pulled us out of a REALLY bad lending situation with a terrible broker weeks into escrow. We thought we would have to walk away from this house but Jeremey's creative thinking and determination got us locked in, AND his team closed us 5 days early, even after stepping in midstream. We were referred to this company buy a realtor and my family who used Jeremy previously. We needed to do a cash out refi of our home to do a necessary remodel/addition. We were told that we could get out a certain amount and we expressed to him and his co-worker that we might need more and we're very apprehensive about closing on what might not be enough. We were told on numerous occasions not to worry and that "we" (Jeremy) would submit for extra $ (a HELOC) and to "not worry"; that it would be taken care of with all the same docs and appraisal the day the refi closes. Well once the refi closed, they were both (Jon Bridge & Jeremy Forcier) Unreachable. I repeatedly emailed and called them regarding the HELOC we were promised (and needed), getting only "we're looking into it" as a response. This went on for months and as our home addition grew closer, I was still asking them both about it and finally, after months (after the refi closed) of trying to get info, I got an email that they can't give us the HELOC because the appraisal was out of date and the lender wasn't lending anyone not money because of COVID, etc. Funny thing though, we were told that this HELOC process would be seamless, happen right after the refi closed and this (incl our refi) was all done during COVID, but because they waited months, it was now not going to happen. I understand stuff happens but I really felt like I had no recourse at this point which is unfortunate and unprofessional on their part. They completely mislead us and because they dropped the ball we were not only over charged thousands of dollars but didn't get the extra money we were promised from the HELOC. They got their money and never heard from them again. I definitely take responsibility for relying solely on a referral and not shopping around shame on me for sure. Expensive lesson learned. So shop around do your homework. I definitely do not recommend. read more

Our experience was not a good one. Jeremy had some great suggestions at first when we came to him for a refi and a new home mortgage and I'd heard great things about him. But, once he had us, things got bad pretty quickly. From quoting us numbers different than what he actually offered when went to put in a bid, to refusing phone calls, to throwing in a point we'd never discussed, to being really unresponsive, hard to understand, rude and untrustworthy, I was worried throughout our total refi experience. For our new home deal, I felt so worried about our dealings with Mr. Forcier that we went with a someone else at our realtor's suggestion (Bank of the West) and got a really dramatically different - and much, much better - deal. It took months before we saw the refund we had coming to us from the refi - and I'm not sure we ever would have received it had I not stayed on it constantly, including everyone I could think of on emails so that he couldn't avoid the issue. Save yourselves the trouble. read more

I applied for two loans through Jeremy for a single family residence in Sonoma. I was pre-approved both times and both my loans were turned down. Had Jeremy checked with his underwriting department we could have avoided both declines and saved both the sellers and myself a lot of time and money. Happily, I was able to secure a loan through Bank of America. Guaranteed Rate is a good firm. Unfortunately Jeremy Forcier is not a reputable mortgage broker. I would advise any prospective buyer to use Guaranteed Mortgage but definitely do not use Jeremy Forcier. read more

When buying your first house it's very nerve racking , there's a lot of paperwork and things asked of you. Since its your first time you have a lot of questions and would really like someone you can get ahold of when you need to. This place never answers the phone ever none of the people in their office. Getting them to call you back is a chore even though you are their client. Also their rates are a full percent higher than other places I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I would in fact recommend Jeremy and his Team to any of my clients. As a real estate agent in San Francisco, my wife and I was turned down for a loan due in part to being a 1099 person and self employed. Once he received my information everything was submitted to his underwriter and I had a "formal" loan approval within 3 days. None and I mean NONE of the big lenders can touch that. I've been in this business for over 20+ years and if you really want a 11th Hour Surprise, go directly to the big lenders...they will for sure stop your heart. I've read all of his reviews and I for one am surprised somewhat by the negative reviews. Like anything else in our world, there is ALWAYS two sides to each story. He closed our deal within 21 days and at a rate better than the BIG lenders quoted. I'm sorry to hear some of these stories however, Jeremy's team is top notch in the crazy and wacky world called Lending. I can assure you I deal with horror stories everyday regarding some of these lenders these folks mentioned and their particular outcomes are extremely rare...and that I guarantee!
