We were allowed to come and go as we wanted and drugs were inside the houses, the house managers were behaving like a client without any order what's so ever! I reached out to Jose the director, Karina, and Jim begging them to send us home that I would relapse there due to the classes , the activity going on and the unstableness of this program, no one responded in my struggle and I actually relapsed while there and no one even knew it. It wasn't until my husbands kids were involved in DV in FL that they finally booked us a fight from LAX. Upon arrival we checked in and the program did not add any checked bags for our flight home!!!!! We called Jose and of course he took his time to get someone back to the airport to pay for our luggage. We waited almost 2 hours nearly missing our flight for someone to come meet us to pay. The only person who's been anywhere help along the way has been CORY which they fired when a client DIED at their program for their negligence but was fired for reasons that are pure bullshit when staff and Jose should've held accountable for these things happening!!!! Nikki, Logan, David, Joe, Johnny, Tyler, and Matt are great. Do not put trust or your life in the hands of Jose, Jim or Karina! My lawyer will make sure this place is held accountable. I was sent to muse Dec 1st. Upon arriving at the airport my husband and I got our tickets we got two complimentary alcoholic beverages on the plane! Of course we drank were addicts, we got to Milton house and from there I was sexually harassed by staff, my food got stolen, and I was hospitalized for the negligence of them promising they would accommodate my insurance from FL which wasn't true. I had to threaten to leave and sue before they finally paid for my insulin after me being hospitalized for my blood sugar being over 700. They nade me but my own syringes out of packet and handle them which I am a recovering iv User. Upon coming back, male staff are supposed to announce their self before walking in to the females rooms, and one of the staff did not fly to the director and file not one but two grievances and nothing was done. I then continued to beg them to send us somewhere else which they did and they landed us in A place called San Pedro, which is more like a hostile with tons and tons of people everywhere smoking weed and drugs in and out of the facility. They've been sent us to.Collett house with a man that beat his wife. I am also a domestic violence survivor and I reported it, and nothing was done. I was made to be the bad guy. Finally, one of the directors told us they would move us to a certain house so we packed our bags got in the van and was told we weren't going to that house. We were going someplace else. I then told him I was just ready to come home to get us a flight back home. The managers of the house are not licensed techs and they are handling my medication, my insulin was also lost for three days along with my insulin pump. It keeps me alive.. I do not recommend anyone going to this program whatsoever, and I will also be pursuing a little suit against muse and collete house and everyone involved!

Previously my psychiatrists would always tell me how bad certain behaviors or feelings were . Dr Goldenberg does not make you feel guilty about things you have done or thoughts you have . There is an issue , okay let's address it instead of making you feel even worse about things. Dr Goldenberg is always quick to respond through email and educates you about the side effects you may experience so you are not thinking what the heck is going on here ? Long story short He does his job really well . He is not a psychologist do not expect therapy . I'm a psychologist that works with personality disorder and trauma, and I continue to refer clients to him due to the high quality of care he provides and expert consultation. When Dr. Goldenberg takes a case, he engages in ongoing consultation with all treatment providers to ensure consistency, continuity of care, and overall highly effective treatment all around. He never assumes authority over any other provider, and engages with each as colleagues supporting each other's work for the best outcome for a client. As a colleague, he is an invaluable resource on every case he works on. All of my clients have reported very positive experiences and successful outcomes with their treatment with him. They often report he is highly respectful of their needs and wishes, never pressures any client to take medication or engage in an intervention, and offers multiple options and perspectives on how to achieve their goals. He is very kind and approachable, and clients report they trust him to work in their best interests and feel very safe in his care. If you are a client or a referring provider, Dr. Goldenberg will certainly exceed your expectations and provide expert care and supportive treatment.

He focuses on conservative treatment methods such as physical therapy before just diving in and doing random medical procedures. I have been dealing with bulging discs in my lumbar for the last 7 years or so and my general practitioner has referred me to Dr. Jung. We started with physical therapy with minimal relief. Dr. Jung recommended we do bilateral injections in the impacted areas. These have helped provide some relief but not permanent. Unfortunately, COVID hit and it reduced treatment options for a period of time until he was able to start doing injections for me again. Unfortunately, we had to have a double laminectomy which was performed by Dr. Shamie (a colleague of Dr. Jung) and that surgery was very successful. I started getting similar symptoms after about 18 months or so and we had to have an MRI done. The MRI revealed the surgery was successful but scar tissue was growing in causing the new symptoms. Dr. Jung recommended another injection as surgery would not be logical as removing scar tissue will just create more scarring. These injection was not as successful as we hoped it would be, so Dr. Jung recommended another injection spinal cord stimulator which has worked wonders. I am very grateful to Dr. Jung and his fellows that he works closely with as he is constantly empathetic, kind, caring, and does everything he can to help with pain management without just giving a ton of pills. I highly recommend Dr. Jung as he will do everything possible to help you. I must mention the office staff are phenomenal and very helpful.

So usually I feel my questions are answered but then sometimes I find, at…read moretest or procedure time, I was still given the simplified version, and was no longer sure I made the right decision about care. Usually i dont like that. But today I'm again seeing another thing which is people going about their jobs and filtering out the unnecessary disturbances that are bombarding the place! The yop of the list is slamming of DOORS! In many offices here at 200, no one says anything when a door literally shakes their desk and slams like a bomb. In the quiet waiting area with ppl whispering, it's literally plus 60-70db over ambient. Thats equivalent to someone turning on a stereo full volume by accident. It can happen 5-10 times in one minute as it's a busy place. And you jump! Simple detail adjust door closer with a Phillips screwdriver in like one minute. I have been coming to this building for 14 years and its the same! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ALL. Maint you should be ashamed of your lazy asses. Admin, If you arent noticing this, you are not concerned with patients. Apparently, doctors techs researchers receptionists being able to concentrate is not high on the list here at UCLA. They have most of us well trained as customers: to expect bad service. update 8/25: I wrote the above between the first and 2nd half of my appointment 8/24/26. To JA below: you pride yourself on latest tech but what about everyday tech? You aren't too concerned. I'm sure it doesn't happen in your office! I was surprised and well validated to see that the 3 stars i randomly chose was HIGHER than the average 2.5 stars you have scored on average of all previous reviews (the ones not filtered out). Who are the People giving you #1 in California, what authority do they have to say that, and what are they looking at when they do? Just another company making money. Incidentally on my visit yesterday, to illustrate what i said above about not getting full explanations, i was told by the tech that there were 3 scans in the process not 2, as various doctors had told me, and that I could do only the first. The tech explained that if i didn't do the 2nd hour scans (he says i was only approved NOT to do one of 3 scans, the cat scan, and leave out the cat scan, and i was supposed to do a 2nd scan i didn't know about. I had been told catscan was the only scan in addition to the first, so they were planning to do 2 MORE, and i had to stay for the 2nd hour anyway to do 1 of the 2. I said, if they need the catscan later, they will have to inject radioactive dye again, right? 'yes' he said. So I said, just do all 3 scans. i think the injection is more concerning than the xrays. So he prooceeded to do all the scans AND THERE WERE FOUR SCANS NOT THREE!!!! What is so f'ing hard about explaining what you are f'ing doing? I want to understand it the way YOU understand it. Not a Gong Show version. Not professional.

And to make matters more difficult, the drive into LA was long...and I had to use the bathroom...eek! As I walked to the busy food area, I walked passed the medical center and figured....they should have a bathroom. And they did! Solving my first problem and ready to eat, I was exiting but walked passed the busy in-house cafeteria. Wow was it busy! I was here...so I decided to check it out...and it was fantastic. There were many food stations and everything being made to order. Why walk down to the populated busy food area when there are wonderful options so close by! There were almost too many options...but I decided on the tostada salad. I got it loaded with beans, chicken, lettuce, cheese, olives, green onion, and pico...all on top of a baked shell. It was very delicious and as a combo, it came with a medium drink...which all totaled about eleven dollars. If I need to go to Pauley Pavilion again...I will stop here for sure!
