Great spot for the drive ins or for ice cream. There milkshakes and malts are amazing and a must try

Wonderful drive-in experience. I haven't been to a drive-In in years, this is the closest to home. My family and I watched the Jurassic world dominion / Top Guns double feature. It was a chilly rainy night, we stayed in the truck to watch the film. Jericho has the ice cream options, my sister even rate the pb sauce one of the best in the capital region. One thing to improve is to add more trash cans in the drive-in area. There was only 1 trash can by the bathrooms/concessions area.

We really enjoyed our visit to this drive-in. The owner was nice and I am had I had the opportunity to chat with him. The snack bar was solid and had a couple of unique options like mac and cheese bites. If you aren't from the area, try a regional food specialty fried mozzarella sticks with raspberry sauce. Where this theater really stood out from the others I have been to is the ice cream stand. It is great, the best in the state at a drive-in hands down. I'd say it's better than 95% of "normal" ice cream stands too. The sundaes are great and well though out, reasonably priced for what you get. At the moment, you can also order from the snack bar or ice cream stand online, a nice touch. A+ from me.

This review is for the ice cream stand. Definitely worth a trip. The menu is massive, and the selection of ice cream and other frozen delights is also a really really long list. Of course there's soft serve and shakes and sundaes. We went for the cups to try some different flavours. The brands are from Upstate New York, so of course much better than supermarket bought. I had Perry's Ice Cream's Queen of Hearts, dark chocolate ice cream with maybe raspberry swirl and chocolate hearts (can't quite remember) and lemon ices to cut it with. Both incredibly delish. We all had the small cup, which is really large, and the prices are excellent, way lower than non-Albany cities' ice cream places. We all licked the cups to get it all. Eat outside, take it home, it's a great place.

    A double feature!

The Drive in gets a 3, but the friendly staff and Twist food stand bring it up to a 4.5. This place is on my list for "once every summer." Tonight we saw "Fantastic Four," which was just okay.

Love the classic vibe of the drive in movies! If you stop by their ice cream shop you've gotta try their malts. So yummy!!

I'm so excited that I finally got to see a movie here and experience this quirky drive in!…read moreAnd even though it's less quirky than usual- I hear people were NOT allowed to tow their boats in to watch Jaws as in years past, due to Social Distancing of cars- it was still DELIGHTFUL & FUN! The drinks, food, service, staff and vibe were great. They accept/prefer credit cards and allow leashed, well-behaved dogs, even in the Beer Garden. Bathrooms are limited to one person or family group at a time. Masks required when ordering. Hand sanitizer available, and staff was wearing masks CORRECTLY! With such a dearth of fun activities these days, I don't know why they're not sold out every night! Get tickets with the FB page links. It's only 17 miles from Delmar- a beautiful drive less than a half hour. Follow on FB or check the Albany Times Union for movies. There are several each week. My description for those who know these places, is: if the Indian Ladder Brewery and the quirky Strand Theater in Schroon Lake had a baby, it'd be this!

We ordered chocolate chip cookies and they bring them to your car during the movie. The dude was so pumped about the cookies that I think I love him. But yeah this place is great. Definitely want to go back. I'm gonna do a little side rant about Yelp reviews here because there's something I don't get. I see a lot of great reviews and then a 4 star review. If everything was awesome just give it a 5. Those 4s add up and I feel like people that use Yelp are always looking for the great reviews. You get a 5 and 4 from two people that love something. Now you have a 4.5 that should have been a 5. Definitely order a cookie.

They even offer delicious snacks and food. Tonight we had pizza rolls and hotdogs- $1.50 each. They even have nachos, fried dough, popcorn and soda. $9 tickets for two featured films- doesn't get any better than this. You cannot beat these prices- better than any cold indoor movie theatre. We watched the movies under a pouring rainy crazy thunderstorm and a starry night sky. It was like you were actually in Lion King! We watched Lion King and Toy Story 4. The people, atmosphere and amenities are phenomenal. We need to support this incredible and historical place. It's timeless! We had their loaded fries which is topped with a homemade sweet n tangy meat sauce. Not bad. A Philly cheesesteak. Even better. The star of the show was a blueberry sundae fried dough. For a moment, I thought my wife was going to leave me and move in to the theater so she could have them every day... After tasting it, I wouldn't blame her. Make sure to support the snack bar, it is how theaters like this stay in business. Obviously you can't beat the value of 2 for 1 priced movies, so what's not to love? I'd stop by again if I were in the area and recommend you do the same.

There was no manager or anyone at the theater that knew how to start the movie!!! The poor cashier was on the phone with someone directing him how to scramble for money to give people cash back. Don't waste your time and money with this place.
