Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. Went to the store with my children. The female sales told me she could offer me the discounted…read moreprice that would start the next day. I made the sales around 8pm, then I saw the same mattress was on sale on the website for $100 less, so I need to spend more time to get $100 refunded. If they could not offer me the discounted price yesterday, they could have just told me and I could go there today instead. I went to Alhambra store to ask for price adjustment, cos I don't think the Monterey Park store staff can be trusted. I was told I would get the refund email in an hour, but I haven't gotten anything after 4 hours, so I don't even know if my refund request was processed this morning. I also contacted customer service via online chat. The staff told me in-store orders used a different system, so she could not check if my price adjustment was requested. She also asked me to go back to the store. In less than 24 hours, I went to 2 different stores and chatted online, still haven't gotten anything resolved. Online staff said she helped me filed a complaint to the district manager, but I didn't get an email confirmation regarding my complaint. I got a complaint number, let's see if the district manager would contact me. Online staff could not even tell me the contact of the district manager. That just proves how bad the brand is. As a first time customer, I will very disappointed with Mattress Firm and the customer service. Don't trust the Google reviews. I checked before I shopped there yesterday.

I just bought a cal king mattress set with natural rubber latex mattress topper for an excellent price. The owner did not have the mattress available when I arrived. he made it for me the same day and even delivered it to my house at no extra charge. this is excellent customer service. Go here before buying a mattress somewhere else.
