Initially I found the mattress through fb post and was a little skeptic just like everyone else, but I am glad they have a store and got a chance to see the product in person and meet the owner Manny. He was very friendly, professional and also was not pushy at all. He was upfront with his policy and said we if paid in cash we would even save in taxes (which we did). Few days later, he got the mattress I wanted and called me... so we end up buying it and got it delivered same week. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. I am def referring a lot of my peeps here and will be buying from Sleep Kings going fwd. Yes, the mattress are brand new and great savings def. Keep up the great customer service and we are certainly enjoying our ProBreeze Hybrid King size! Thank you Manny and team. read more

Today I worked with Manuel who is extremely accommodating, helpful, and personable. I very much enjoyed our conversation and the transparency of products he offers. Much easier than a transaction at a traditional mattress store. I purchased the Tempurpedic adapt pro. His items are brand new in the factory packaging with the manufacturing date tags etc. If you know what you want, you can get what you need at a very reasonable price with no frills attached. Will definitely be returning for more purchases in future. Thank you for an easy stress free purchase and great client experience overall. Looking forward to the delivery tomorrow! Wow, what a costumer service! So I found Manuel on Offerup. He was from the beggining very responsive. Manuel helped me with my mattress , took a video as I requested. After I bargaining with him he gave me a very good price. I asked him if he could deliver and he was here the next day on the dot, sharp 5 pm as he promised. I was worried because he came alone...but guess what? he got my heavy queesn mattress above his head like its nothing, like flipping a pizza dough...and few minutes later my mattress was in my bedroom. God bless this business in the name of Jesus! I purchased a king adapt pro hybrid tempurpedic bed from Jackie and Manuel today and I am overjoyed with the quality of the mattress and the great deal they gave me! This bed retails over 5,000 with taxes so I can say they saved me THOUSDANDS. I went over to see the mattress and purchased it right away after feeling the comfort and quality of the mattress. Manuel made the delivery a great experience without any hassle by delivering it right after writing me a receipt. He drove it to my home and set it up on the bed frame with the help of another individual since the mattress was pretty large and on top of that they took my old foam mattress so I didn't have to worry about it being an eyesore on the curb. Shout out to the staff at Sleep Kings! I saw the ads. on Facebook for the great deal on a full size Serta mattress. Tristan was super helpful and responded to my questions professionally. He arranged the same day speedy delivery for me which I greatly appreciated! The delivery guy Manuel arrived on time. He wore uniform which made it easy to spot and professional. Prices are great and cheaper than anywhere else. Comes with 1 year warranty. I've purchased 3 mattresses for the household and friends & family have also come here to buy. Great selection. Macy's quality mattresses only so nothing really on the "cheap" end per say. I will always come here for my mattresses. Great customer service as well. The yelp reviews didn't fall short. I shopped around and saw this place. My daughter has a back condition so I thought I'd have to break the bank to get a decent mattress for her. I stopped by and within minutes I got a great price for a nice full Beautyrest Recharge, box spring and a frame. All delivered to my home. Careful and on time delivery. Everything was as promised. I purchased a mattress less than 24 hours I called and stated I don't like it hurts my back. He said no can do, I stapled paper to invoice no returns. But he never told me this you sneaked it in and stapled it. That's horrible I purchased a mattress that costs over 1500 hurts my back and I have to keep it. That's bad business. read more

Came to visit the store at 11:45am and they are closed. Checked hours and it says they are open from 11-2 on Sunday. Update your hours if you're not going be open and specify that you need an appointment on all social platforms for certain days. read more

What I first thought to be a great deal and good customer service turned out to be untrue. Manuel Felix & his partner, Jackie, first present themselves as kind and welcoming. My partner knew them and recommended I check them out. I went in with intention to buy a mattress, possibly two, if the cost was right. Since the second matress wasn't for myself, I only bought the one and they hooked it up with delivery. Great...up until I tried to make the 2nd purchase. They claimed they would inform me when they got more and that it would be soon. (About a couple of weeks.) Ok, not a problem. That is, until they ignored me when I tried to check the status of the restock. After checking in and getting no response from them I took my business elsewhere. They didn't respond until months after the fact! Their communication was utterly lacking and unprofessional. I was disappointed with the entire exchange. After the fact, some things came to light about Manuel's character and work ethic I wish I had known before giving them my business. read more

Came here not knowing what to expect Manny was very helpful he allowed me to lay on several mattress so I can feel the difference from very soft to very firm. Avoid this company at all cost!! Avoid this company at all cost!!! They sold me a bed base that was meant to be "hospitality" quality that has collapsed within 6 months. The bed had very little use so this made no sense. They offered no refund, or replacement product despite pictures being sent. The manner with which they dealt with the issue was rude and condescending and I was told to buy my bed from John Lewis. If the bed based collapsing was unusual situation then you would think that the company would replace it. Clearly it happens more often and from now reading other reviews I wish I looked at this site earlier. read more

Amazing service! We were looking for a mattress for our daughter, and found the perfect one here for a very reasonable price. The service is amazing! We showed up ten minutes before closing time and they still took the time out to show us the perfect mattress. Even put it on top of our Envoy and tied it up themselves. No about me on their website and reviews were scarce and I saw a bad review by one user posted all over where they could. I saw that they had an address so I figured they may have a showroom and drive to it since it's not too far from where I live. I kept calling the number I found on their site but it didn't sound like my calls were going through. I stopped calling but a few minutes later I received a call from Carlos who explained to me the address was their business location and not a showroom. We spent quite a few minutes going over the details of the bed and he made sure to be very specific and give me any information I needed. I provided my email to him where he answered any questions or concerns I had. I decided to take the plunge after his great customer service and purchase the Tiffany 8-drawer upholstered grey bed with no headboard. (I will include all photos he sent There was some miscommunication about when the bed would be ready, I had thought it would be ready to go within a week but he had to build the bed from scratch and it would take 4 weeks. I was bummed because I had bought a new mattress and wanted the bed to arrive first. I expressed this concern to Carlos and he made sure to expedite the build and delivery. I finally received the call from Carlos yesterday that the bed was ready and told me he could deliver yesterday night. I was ecstatic and said YES! my mattress wouldn't be coming till Monday so the timing was perfect. He had also told me he made sure to deliver it the night before our rainy storm would begin and last until the next week to make sure I got my bed before that and not wait another week. How great is he?! Carlos provided above and beyond customer service through out the whole process. He addressed all questions and concerns. He expedited the build, and he even delivered it and installed it free of charge. If you are lucky enough to reside in the California area, you will have the pleasure to meet this awesome business owner and I'd tell you, make the purchase with Lovely Furnishings. Both leis and experiences were really seamless and didn't have any problems with my order. I went and picked up the leis a day in advance too. I was able to Zelle her for that extra bouquet so that was convenient and I appreciated that. I was told I would receive a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery or at time of delivery, I did not. No big deal, but just don't tell me you are if you aren't. I'm sure they were busy due to the holiday, but still. Lastly, I didn't expect the bouquet to look identical to what I chose online, but I felt it definitely wasn't as full, or have as many roses, as the picture. Looked like a lot more filler flowers were used. A little disappointing. (See attached pics). Overall, I might use them again but only if I couldn't find a better option in the area.

I had bought a mattress from here back in March and i recently bought 3 more mattresses from this place last week and had them delivered the same day! I went in there looking to purchase just 1 but they have all the good brands and great qualities for WAYYY LESS than Jcpenney, Macy's and Sears. I couldnt help but just get my kids a bed from there as well since i know how much theyre worth and im paying less. They gave me a great deal for 3 mattresses. The two employees there, Jackie and Manny are so awesome and they are very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely let all my family and friends know about this place! The guy Manuel helped me a lot yesterday. I went in to just "look" and ended up buying a new mattress for myself, because the prices were just great and I didn't want to miss out on such great deal. A girl named Jacky was there too, and she seemed really nice. They were both very helpful and made everything so easy for me, and even offered me FREE delivery, which was so convenient for me since I have a four door car. Delivery was free and they even took away my old couch free of charge. Greg was not a hovering sales person. He provided ample shopping time without any pressure to buy. The delivery team arrived right when Greg said they would and Chris (the delivery person doing most of the talking) was very quick and professional. The only downside is from the furniture supply side of things. Special orders are several months out. But luckily the selection in stock led me to a very comfortable recliner. I would recommend visiting Paramount Furniture based on their professionalism, fair pricing, and low pressure sales approach.
