Jerry's office has been incredibly helpful. The whole staff is incredibly professional and seems to go above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of no matter who I speak to. I love insuring with a small office where I recognize the names (and often know the faces) of who I am speaking to each time, and if I ask for a certain person there is no run around, I just get transferred. Jerry has explained the finer points of insurance that other companies have skipped over in the past and I genuinely feel like I am safe and protected with Jerry's office. I'm very disappointed with this office. I looked to them for professional advice on our car insurance and was given the wrong information. I was told later that it was their receptionist (who is not licensed to give insurance advice) that gave me the info, however, the was never disclosed when I called in. Even in working with a licensed professional named Diana, I requested a specific basic insurance plan which she had recommended, yet she charged me for the premium insurance plan. I then requested a downgrade to the insurance and asked for a refund of the difference. She mentioned she could not give me a refund because she had no memory of me ever asking for the plan and she didn't have it in her notes. I don't believe my refund should be dependent on someone's memory or initiative to take notes during our conversations. I wish I had made the request in writing and recommend that anyone that works with this office do the same. UPDATE: Jerry Dixon reached out and gave me a call today to follow up on my experience. I appreciated his time, patience and honesty. He explained in great detail the importance of insurance and his passion for helping others which is why they would always recommend the best policies for his clients. He sincerely apologized for the experience and appreciated the feedback to help improve his office. I felt he was very professional and I wish I had worked with him directly prior to my bad experiences with his office. Had I worked with him directly, I feel that my situations would have gone very differently. read more

Awful. He sent me a quote, I gave him billing info and now I have no insurance and apparently a suspended vehicle registration.

Jerry has insured us for over a decade. So this is a real review. We are very pleased with the attention that his staff has provided us with when we call in, and also with the coverage provided by State Farm which we have unfortunately had to use. Diana advised me that if i canceled my insurance a few days in advance of State Farm's withdrawal from my account, they would not withdrawal anything. State Farm's still took money out of my account even though i had cancelled the insurance 5 days prior and they would not credit my account but would send a check in 7 to 10 days and not even for the whole amount. read more

I have been with Sate Farm since 2000, with a few different offices and overall I really have had nothing but great experiences. I have since moved and decided to try and called another office which is down the street...was going to use them, but Jerry's office called me telling me they could offer me a loyalty customer discount and with money being tight, I decided to try them...went thru the whole process to sign up for insurance and a few days later got a call from their office saying that I am sorry we cannot offer u this discount at this time...I am like what? Do your homework before you call people with offers. I made an appointment to talk with Jerry about how dissatisfied I was with this and it simply is not good customer service to promise something they cannot deliver. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and said he needs to make sure that his agents are more properly trained and informed., he also offered to rectify the situation by paying me the difference for 6 months between my initial quote and what I am paying now. I thanked him and we shook hands, thinking everything was okay until today, when he called me with a story about how he was trying to be proactive and letting me know the rates will increase 6-15%, when I asked him when and how much he had no idea, just like when I went in to speak with him and he had to ask his agents information, because he had no idea then either. Well he offers me the name of some other insurance companies, really? I was stunned! I told him I have already checked with these other ones and I am staying with State Farm, simply going to another office. Never did get the check he promised me either! read more

We've been with this office for about 7 years now and they are truly the best. (We work with Terri for the most part, who is absolutely outstanding). We moved to Colorado at one point and had to switch to a different State Farm office and they were terrible. We missed Terri and the office here so bad. When we moved back, I was so happy to be back with them. We've had a car stolen and a laptop that broke and we easily and painlessly did our claim through them. No problems what so ever. When my car was stolen, the insurance through State Farm was fabulous. I would not even shop around for other rates because our service has been so superb. read more

Went into Jerry's office and was just blown away by the customer service, friendliest agency and staff you could ever ask for. Unfortunately, I signed up with Jerry Dizon about 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems. When I traded in my car for a new one, he failed to send a Certificate of Insurance to my lien holder, the same lien holder I have had for 6 years. Now as an insurance agent, it is his duty to complete this task. His failure caused big problems for me. When I requested reimbursement from his office, he lied and said his office did not know which bank. Although he had been sending the information to the same bank for 3 years. read more
