What great business practices. Some of the worst service I've ever had. I bought my Sienna in 2012 with a lifetime alignment and lifetime powertrain warranty. Now the manager tells me they will no longer honor my lifetime alignment because they stopped it years ago and don't want to do any services unless they are paid or deal with me anymore. Thanks Casey and Mike. In addition, a 1-hour alignment took 4 hours because no one bothered to tell me you have to wait 3 hours before we will even look at your car whether you have an appointment or not. Unless you are throwing money at them, they don't care about you. I can't even get Dena, the Operations Manager, to call me back. Update: 7/8/26 Mike Thomas, the Director of Service called me back. He said he didn't want to talk to me in front of my adult daughters because they wouldn't understand mechanic talk. Then he tells me the lifetime alignment deal they sold me was only meant for customers to come in so they can sell them other services, not for customers to use the services they've already paid for. In addition, they have the right to terminate any lifetime services or warranties as they see fit. To compensate, they want to buy me out to no longer be a customer there for $200. Then he asked if my name was real or a fake name because it sounds foreign and I picked it to make it easier in the US. Yes I am an American citizen. Do I have to prove it to get service? So far Andy Obeissy, the General Manager/Owner has yet to call me back either. So other than being dishonest about services and warranties, thinking women are dumb, and thinking all foreigners use fake names; what else can he do? Has he asked his Lebanese boss if Andy is his real name?

    We had an excellent experience buying our family van at Stargate Auto Sales. The van is beautiful,…read moreand the price was on point. Marc listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and gave me the miles and prices of what he had available on the lot. Then he gave me some time to think and I picked the one I liked. My husband and I test-drove it, and my picky husband agreed the van was good, so we went back to fill out our paperwork. Marc explained everything to us, and that afternoon, we were pulling off the lot with our van. We took it for a long drive last weekend, and my husband and I agreed we had made a good choice. I'll add this: I had been considering buying my family a new van since October, and we made this purchase at the end of January. We had already gone to every lot in town and all the neighboring towns, too. I had stopped looking around the holidays because I wasn't seeing what I wanted. I knew what I wanted and had done the research. The day we bought the van, we had taken a day off and went to a few lots before I told my husband, let's go to Stargate. I had put it last in the rotation because I had been checking websites and knew they had a few of what I was looking for in stock. I had spoken with Marc back in October and was happy to see he was there when I got there. They got our registration done for us as well and called when our plate came in. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are very happy with the van and the service we got. My husband is up for a car next, and we will be happy to purchase again from this dealership when the time comes.

    As a member of USAA, I turned to their Auto Circle program to look for a new car recently. They…read morelist cars only from dealers they certify, and those dealers must meet USAA's standards of quality or be dropped from the program. I found a number of cars to look at went to dealers to look after work every night for a week, with no luck at any Nashville dealer I tried. I had found 6 vehicles at International Cars in Murfreesboro that I wanted to see, so they were my first stop when I had a full day off on Saturday. Hala didn't flinch when I showed her a list of 6 cars I wanted to see, but simply got the keys for all of them for me and gave me a magnetic license plate so I could move it from car to car when I was ready to test drive. She gave me plenty of time to look each car over, make notes, and test drive them but was always available when I needed something. I am better able to look and make a decision without someone hovering or giving me a sales pitch, so I very much appreciated the space and patience. I was there for hours, and ended up test driving 8 cars - some of them twice after my boyfriend met me there to take a look at my favorites. Hala, her husband, and the rest of the team were helpful without hovering, and were able to answer any question we had about the cars. I finally settled on one I wanted to buy that day, but pointed out 3 things that needed to be fixed, which they took care of before Hala and I could even finish the paperwork on the loan and sale. I had already been pre-approved for a car loan with USAA, and Hala dialed their number from my office phone and waited while I finished the loan process, providing any information I needed for that loan. She also waited while I worked with USAA to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle, and made sure I had everything I needed to drive home in that new car the same day I bought it. The entire team at International Cars was helpful but not pushy and I felt very welcome. Their cars are nice and every one I tested drove well. I would definitely visit this dealer again the next time I need to buy a vehicle.
