These guys simply do not give up on a car repair. I even asked if they wanted me to post this review because I was afraid it might draw too much business or set expectations too high. In short, my car is a rare vehicle. It is a 2018 Buick Regal TourX Essence Sportwagon. I needed two parts - a low pressure AC hose and an engine cooling fan. Corporate repair chains and the dealer refused to touch the repair because not only do they not have the parts, there is no part number listed. Without the $500 fan, basically, they were saying the car is a total loss and needs to be scrapped. William at Auto Collection was tenacious in finding these parts. He never gave up. Since they basically repair street legal race cars and are not part of a corporation, they can do what ever is necessary - and they did. They tried everything just short of making the parts themselves. It is not necessary to go into those details, but I have my car back repaired at a reasonable price. My next stop if they could not get the car running would be to take it to a local auto museum that builds replica cars. William was always honest, upfront and told me his next attempt. Yes, this was a long drawn out process, but my car is not undergoing a crusher or off to KarsForKids.com. There were some issues finishing the job. But they made immediate good on them, obviously did not charge me and in comparison to what they did accomplish, I'll take it. These issues might have been enough for others to really roast them on Yelp!, but I took things in perspective.. Oh, BTW. This dealership is an unorganized mess. They had a car I would have purchased on the spot but they got in their own way. Their inspection process is a joke- they only check a few things, and even if it did need work they mark it as ok. The windshield of the car I drove had multiple unrepairable stars and dog hair all over the back. Online it says it's at Murfreesboro but it was at their Brentwood location which has a completely different name. I asked if I could get the car inspected at the brand dealership and they said sure but they won't do anything it needs. The salesman I was working with, Bob, was talking crap about the manager at the other location saying he doesn't know what he's doing and he is horrible at his job. Then Bob went on to tell me that they wouldn't do anything else to the car and I should get used to paying for maintenance since I was buying a BMW. Incredibly unprofessional. My initial experience with Auto collection appeared to be a positive one. I took my car in for a repair that was caused by the negligence of another shop. This started around July 2023 and is still an ongoing battle. I was contacted by the repair shop that Auto Collection sent my vehicle to for repairs only to be informed that personnel at Auto Collection advised him to "make it drivable". Over the course of the past 3 months and several trips having to tow my car back and forth to Auto Collection-I have spent close to if not over $7K for repairs (including warranty) and my vehicle is still INOPERABLE. I feel taken advantage of as each time I went in, trusting that the professionals would do the right thing, I was let down. According to the mechanic at the shop where my car was sent by auto collection-he advised them that the suspension was blown in the front and rear and Auto Collection informed him to only fix the front. When I spoke to the manager at Auto Collection (Ray) he advised me that we didn't have them fixed because we weren't sure they were needed at the time. My rear suspension blew while on over 200 miles away from home 1 day after picking my car up for the third time. I was ready to sell my vehicle and reached out to Ray at auto collection prior to the knowledge I received from the mechanic who did the repair work. Ray never mentioned any of the aforementioned information and gave me a trade in quote which I now feel was definitely low balled. I would not recommend this dealership. read more

I was allowed to test drive, fully on the highway, and it was the smoothest ride...I worked with Fred, and he was very patient with me as I had lots of questions and well, I tend to take a great deal of time negotiating. I called and asked if they could hold it, while they don't 'hold' vehicles they did tell me that if they had any interested buyers come in, they would let me know. I was gone for a week, no call, and fortunately it was still there when I got back. I drove the car and loved it! I told them there were 3 issues that I noticed: 1) a small ding on the passengers fender 2) a blown amplifier and 3) broken gas cap. They advertise that they fix each used vehicle to perfection, but they don't. They say they are members of the Better Business Bureau but they aren't. My vehicle has a bad engine! And they new it.
