    I live in Los Angeles and had spent about 6 months looking for a very specific car -- Convertible Jaguar F-Type in British Racing Green. I finally found one on Auto Trader in Murfreesboro TN, a place I had never heard of. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen from so place so far away. Enter CARMEN WOODALL, my sales agent who arranged to make sure a manufacturers warranty would apply out in California, arranged for financing, and even arranged for someone to transport it out to me. I bought the car entirely online in an hour or so and the car showed up about a week later on the bed of flatbed truck delivered right to my front door. It was, honestly, one of the easiest purchases I have ever had. Bottom Line: if you see something on their web page that you like and you are apprehensive about he purchase, don't be. They make it super easy and you won't regret it!

    Long story very short this is a great company that does what they say they are going to do. We bought this beauty from them and are extremely happy

    This dealership is an unorganized mess. They had a car I would have purchased on the spot but they got in their own way. Their inspection process is a joke- they only check a few things, and even if it did need work they mark it as ok. The windshield of the car I drove had multiple unrepairable stars and dog hair all over the back. Online it says it's at Murfreesboro but it was at their Brentwood location which has a completely different name. I asked if I could get the car inspected at the brand dealership and they said sure but they won't do anything it needs. The salesman I was working with, Bob, was talking crap about the manager at the other location saying he doesn't know what he's doing and he is horrible at his job. Then Bob went on to tell me that they wouldn't do anything else to the car and I should get used to paying for maintenance since I was buying a BMW. Incredibly unprofessional. They also called me as soon as I drove off the lot to ask if I had taken another car's title with my paperwork. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

    I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry that was priced very competitively. The car was in excellent near mint condition with no notable damage on the interior or exterior of the vehicle. The salesman Pele was relaxed and did not push me to buy or change my mind. They even let me test drive the car unsupervised which allowed me to take my time testing and looking over everything. The staff seems very trustworthy and honest. Bryan in finance was also great to work with and did not pressure me to buy additional insurance. They were able to work with me on the price as well, even after giving me a discount on the quote before asking. Overall the experience was awesome. Auto Collection of Murfreesboro also offers referral compensation if someone you know buys from them. In addition to this, I was also offered a discount on future parts and services! I highly recommend Auto Collection of Murfreesboro!

Marc listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and gave me the miles and prices of what he had available on the lot. Then he gave me some time to think and I picked the one I liked. My husband and I test-drove it, and my picky husband agreed the van was good, so we went back to fill out our paperwork. Marc explained everything to us, and that afternoon, we were pulling off the lot with our van. We took it for a long drive last weekend, and my husband and I agreed we had made a good choice. I'll add this: I had been considering buying my family a new van since October, and we made this purchase at the end of January. We had already gone to every lot in town and all the neighboring towns, too. I had stopped looking around the holidays because I wasn't seeing what I wanted. I knew what I wanted and had done the research. The day we bought the van, we had taken a day off and went to a few lots before I told my husband, let's go to Stargate. I had put it last in the rotation because I had been checking websites and knew they had a few of what I was looking for in stock. I had spoken with Marc back in October and was happy to see he was there when I got there. They got our registration done for us as well and called when our plate came in. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are very happy with the van and the service we got. My husband is up for a car next, and we will be happy to purchase again from this dealership when the time comes.

    I had a car with 25 miles on the odometer shipped from a CarMax in Texas to Tennessee on a car…read morehauler when it arrived at my location nearly 2 weeks after I had paid to ship it. , there was 140 miles showing on the odometer. I test drove and purchased the car after going over it to check everything out. when the car was brought around to the front of the store it was dripping water from a car wash they put it through and then I noticed that it had been damaged on the passenger side bumper. The person there who came out from service said the car wash had done this before ( Making me wonder why they were still using it ) . They contacted me 4 days later and said that they were going to take care of the damage. Then after receiving the estimate tried to claim the damage was reported on the sales disclaimer although it was not that large and was on the driver side hood area , opposite side of the damage now on it. Have contacted insurance company and they will repair and then have attorneys contact the company. Everyone in CarMax will lie straight to your face ab what is going on with your vehicle at any part of the process. went to the store after receiving an email about the damage and no one there knew who the person was although the email stated he was a manager at this location.

    We went to the location in Nashville on 8/23 and I was given an offer (valid for 7 days) for a…read moretrade-in on my car. I chose a car that was at another Carmax location (in tenneseee) to be shipped in. I was told the offer would remain valid even if we went past that 7-days since the delay was on them getting the new one here. The communication with the sales guy in Nashville completely stopped so we came to the Murfreesboro location and explained our situation. They let us start over with them, choose another car, have it shipped, and they agreed to honor the original trade-in offer because of all the trouble with the sales associate at the Nashville location. The new car came in and we made an appointment to go in, test drive, and purchase it at noon today. We sat down to start all the paperwork and they will NO LONGER honor the trade-in offer for my car and are instead offering me $1,200 less. I agreed to take the lower amount if they would replace the tires on the new car and we'd call it even. The new car will need tires very soon but they said they would not replace them because they weren't "within spec". Essentially they let us walk over a set of tires. Over the past 11 years, we have purchased 6 cars from them and have purchased the extended warranty on all 6 of those, as well. For them to make a promise, back out on it, and let us walk over a set of tires was enough for me to share my experience. We will NEVER buy another car from any Carmax or recommend them to anyone again. Seriously beware; I'm super disappointed. ****While the new car's tires were still barely "in spec" as far as their standards/requirements go, they told me they'd replace would replace them if they went "out of spec" within the first 90-days. Those tires have a MAXIMUM of 2 months life left on them so they would have been replacing them at no charge anyway.****
