A few months later, the oil pump failed, then the transmission failed. Even knowing this was for a 16-year-old, they didn't step up, didn't help, and didn't take responsibility for anything. I never once had to call Carl to find out what was going on as he was on it by calling us as he received information. The Audi I bought for my daughter, but it was too small for her comfort, so I was able to trade it in for a Mazda. This car was gorgeous, but she totaled it 2 weeks later. After the wreck, we ended up buying a Nissan in 2021 because the insurance couldn't replace the Mazda. They were too expensive at the time of her wreck. We got a super deal on it from The Rite Car. I drive a BMW x5 from there and have had it for over 4 years. It's still going strong with a few minor problems bc of the age of car/high mileage. I drove my Lexus from there for 3 years before trading up to the BMW. I love the way BMW's drive, so i decided to switch cars. It was an easy process. The only complaint I have is BMW's maintenance costs and gas mileage, but this isn't the dealers fault. I have referred several family members to The Rite Car and between friends and family, we have bought over 12 cars. Not one time has someone ever had anything bad to say about the service or issues with the car they purchased. I've also had to wait in the office many times when waiting on financial approval or when trading cars. Most customers I've talked to have been repeats and very happy. They offer a great warranty package to go with your purchase. My family members usually buy the warranty, and only 1 has had to use it with no issues after a year of having the car. They bought it in 2016 and still runs great and looks new. The problem they experienced was from a known issue with Ford Edge's, but since they purchased a 12 month warranty, the issue was covered. I really like that each car has a print out of the Carfax if asked for it. It shows the maintenance, damage, or recall issues for that car. I also research the make and model before purchasing to be aware of "known issues". I hope this review helps in the future for your next car! Good Luck! Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.
