All of the techs were very thorough, helpful, and straightforward. Emily was so sweet and knowledgeable. When going over finance with Brittany, it was a straightforward process. I did not feel judged when I requested to remove a service that I couldn't afford. Dr. Nguyen did a great job with my surgery. Aftercare instructions were very clear and laid out. Every single step was smooth and it didn't feel like they were there just to make a sale. If you have anxiety about dentistry, this is the place for you. They have an abundance of options for you to ease you into the process- pillows, sun glasses, music, headphones. Every single person was patient, friendly, kind, and informative. The entire location was very clean and comfortable. Their sweet Axolotl in the front waiting room was adorable, and her tank was very well kept. You can tell that the entire team puts a lot of effort into every aspect of their office, from their patients to their pets.

I called this dental office ahead of time to verify that they accepted my dental insurance, and I…read morewas told they did. Based on that information, I scheduled appointments for myself and my children. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about the care or customer service during our visits. However, after our appointments, I received an unexpectedly large bill. I was confused because we had only received our routine annual cleanings, which I believed were covered by my insurance. When I called the office to ask about the charges, I was told that although they accepted my insurance, they were actually out of network, which meant my insurance covered only a small portion of the cost. I explained that this was never disclosed to me before our appointments. Had I been told the office was out of network, I would have chosen an in-network provider and avoided these unexpected expenses. The representative insisted that they always inform patients of their network status and said I was responsible for the bill. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was never told the office was out of network, and I feel this situation could have been completely avoided with clear communication. Instead, I was left with a significant bill that has created a real financial hardship for my family. What is especially disappointing is that it feels like collecting payment mattered more than making sure patients fully understood the financial consequences of their care. Unexpected medical and dental bills can force families to make impossible choices about paying for basic necessities, and that is something no patient should face because important insurance information wasn't clearly disclosed upfront. Patients deserve honesty and transparency so they can make informed decisions before receiving treatment.

And the potential danger. Fantastic staff. Competent. Prices reasonable. My only complaint is: Credit cards 3.5% surcharge. I don't normally carry a check book. And certainly not a lot of cash. So when time to pay. I had to ask my wife for help. And between the two of us, were barely able to pay what they asked. (Obviously, the estimate of what insurance won't pay.) This is asking me to carry a large amount of cash. So I suppose it's just something I will have to figure out for myself.

Way back in May 2025: Friendly, courteous, a nice place. However, way overpriced for what they did…read more I had gone to another dentist who estimated $300+. Ideal didn't estimate. They just went through what they had to do. "Re-cement a crown". (Obviously that $300 was gross.) Ideal did the work. Make me pay $65 before I could leave. They billed the Ins. $600+. After the EOB from the Ins. Final from me was to be $49. So they had to refund $16 to me. I thought that was the end of this. So my complaint is not what they did, or how they did it. It's the billing cost and proper detailed information. A bill should be definitive and clear. I never did understand how they got to $600+. (Actual work. 3 xrays, lot's of talking about what I should do. Lot's of poking around. And all they actually did was re-cement the crown. What was nice, was that the next day, another crown came out. And they re-cemented this one for free. Now, the other day, I received an email from them saying I owe $23. I have replied asking for an explanation. I'd like some detail, wouldn't you? And I await a reply.

However, our experience fell far of 'great'. The staff is extremely friendly, but the way the practice is run blows my mind -- my appointment was at 10am and they took me back about 10 mins late (not the end of the world). After about 15mins of x-rays, I then didn't see a single person for 45mins once I got to my room. It was over an hour from my appointment start time that I saw the doctor, and over an hour & a half before my cleaning even started...and then, the gal who did my "cleaning" was only able to polish and *attempt* to floss (not even sure she was a hygienist). The practice feels extremely disorganized and given it's a dentistry chain, they try to nickel & dime you on your treatment quote -- $100 for a post-routine-cleaning antibiotic rinse? Crazy.
