Used them for years, called to make an appointment in February and was told they were full but call back early Monday morning and we will make you an appointment. Called at 8am Monday morning and waited 30 minutes listening to a recording over and over, finally hung up. Called back at 10:30 and was told there were appointments this morning but they are all taken.i told the woman I called at 8am and nobody answered the phone, her answer was there's only three of us that answer the phone. We previously used an online tax service ourselves. This year was too difficult to do that. This office came highly recommended, and now I know why. It took a few weeks to get an appointment. But they were really good. Very thorough and knowledgeable. And a major plus is the price was actually cheaper than the online service we were going to pay for. Overall, I'd say definitely go here if you're considering it. I came in twice because they told me I needed my husband with me. First time I barely waited. It's a shabby little place but who cares. Keep in mind like nobody is wearing masks in here if you're worried about that. They have a bunch of people working there who do the taxes in front of you. So the first guy I saw (Gary) estimated about $2900 owed if we filed together. I expected this, I'm a 1099 so I don't get taxes deducted through the year. Came back the next week with my husband. This time they were busy so we waited about 20 min past our appointment time. Our lady (I forget her name) had to go ask Stephanie who's a CPA for help. Stephanie figured out some great trick that got us down from $2500 to $1900 owed. And then the whole thing for both me and my husband's taxes cost us only $60. No frills and a range of personalities working there but be patient and they'll save you money. read more

They can do taxes but so can HR Block ..but I need a CPA that can help with actions to reduce taxes, help with IRMMA and other tax issues all year long. read more

Couldn't be happier! Went there last night, was treated respectfully and with patience, felt like they really cared and worked hard to save me money! It wasn't crowded, and they did allow you to make an appointment to keep you from having to wait forever in an office. Getting taxes done here was almost... fun, if I were getting money back. They didn't rush me and walked me through the entire process, all for only 50 bucks. Can't imagine going anywhere else after this experience! read more
