Not only were they not smart or detail-oriented enough to deduct expenses associated with her care, now I'm in the position of having to pay penalities because, despite us notifying them of a COVID related tax issue, they didn't make the 2020 3rd quarter payment on time. In addition, these geniuses had the notifications sent to their offices, so it wasn't until this week that I found out they messed up the 2nd quarter as well, and we're PAYING EVEN MORE PENALTIES BECAUSE OF THEIR CARELESSNESS!!!!!!!! Jon had us to make the IRS payments due to be made out to him, he cashed them, and kept the money...this is how we found out he never filed our taxes. He charges only $200 to "file" your taxes, but you end up throwing out the $200 and will owe the IRS for years because of his greedy neglect, dishonesty, and thievery.

Tried to get their help when someone rear ended our car just with facilitation and that type of thing, they wouldn't help with anything at all. I called to cancel my policy with State Farm, a company I have been insured through for about 10-11 years, so changing was a difficult decision for me as I had enjoyed my coverage over the years, I just wanted something a little cheaper since my baby . When I called to cancel, Angie who works in Deanna's office forgot to mute and started talking negatively about me to someone else in the office. Angie mentioned that "Megan Yeary left", that she assumes that's why I didn't add my "husband or boyfriend or whatever" to my policy, and even discussed my driving/accident record-- aloud-- to someone else in the office. Other things said were like, "she seemed fine the other day, not sure what her problem is", etc etc. I never had a problem-- I had been happy with my coverage for over a decade and just wanted something cheaper, and before today, had nothing negative to say about the company at all. After she said all this about me, there were several seconds of nothing before Angie sent me straight to a survey line without informing me of my cancellation date, my refund, or anything at all. I stopped by, went in, and told her I heard everything she said and that it was incredibly unprofessional. I then went home and called State Farm to make a formal complaint against her and now I am waiting for the results. It is bizarre that I was treated like I was breaking up with my insurance company when really I was just trying to find more affordable options for my family. And if that was Deanna laughing in the back of the office at what was happening-- shame on you. You get paid entirely too much to treat your customers like you are a girl in high school.
