Came to our home and did $3000 damage to my Mercedes Benz. Replaced my cracked windshield with another cracked windshield. Tore out pieces of interior leather. Scratched interior leather and parts of exterior all around windshield. Had to have car towed to dealership. Siding of windshield blew off on highway. Nothing recalibrated ie windshield defrost, cameras, windshield seal not replaced. Installed a cheap Japanese brand windshield not compatible with car. Felt ring blowing through sides of windshield first time I drove it. Was at our home for hours. Left trash, equipment, black smudges inside car. Car was at Mercedes for 3 months being repaired. Zero damage to my car except cracked windshield prior to Chris Edward's service. At first said they would reimburse and make it right then refused. Sent a letter of demand from our attorney. Still refused to pay. Next step is a lawsuit. DO NOT USE!
