He hadn't even paid us what we paid him ($717+) for replacing our broken windshield with another broken windshield and damaging our car extensively. Came to our home and did $3000 damage to my Mercedes Benz. Replaced my cracked windshield with another cracked windshield. Tore out pieces of interior leather. Scratched interior leather and parts of exterior all around windshield. Had to have car towed to dealership. Siding of windshield blew off on highway. Nothing recalibrated ie windshield defrost, cameras, windshield seal not replaced. Installed a cheap Japanese brand windshield not compatible with car. Felt ring blowing through sides of windshield first time I drove it. Was at our home for hours. Left trash, equipment, black smudges inside car. Car was at Mercedes for 3 months being repaired. Zero damage to my car except cracked windshield prior to Chris Edward's service. At first said they would reimburse and make it right then refused. Sent a letter of demand from our attorney. Still refused to pay. Next step is a lawsuit. DO NOT USE!

After a week and a half of not hearing from anyone I drove to Safelite only to find out it had to be in person at their establishment. I pay the deductible, they schedule me for 2 weeks later. I come to get it serviced for them to not only try to collect another deductible but not have the right windshield-knowing my make and model stating they needed insurance approval (why was this not done prior to?) so, we reschedule under the impression it would take 30 minutes to an hour. When I come back again, the receptionist takes 10-15 minutes on a walk in instead of seeing if I had an appointment to drop my key off. Then, to find out it will take an hour and a half to 2 hours to do. Not knowing that bc noone stated it would take that long we had to reschedule again. I come back yet again and it takes an hour just to get my car checked in bc AGAIN the receptionist takes another 10-15 minutes again on another walk in then blames me for being late. Excuses. They would really benefit from having approvals done prior to someone's appointment and a receptionist that can multi task. When I get ready to leave they try to collect yet another deductible from me. I do not recommend anyone using them. They need to get their stuff together.
