I took a tire in for a repair I thought would cost at least $30. The owner said he focuses on fixing what customers have as much as selling them new equipment. He fixed my wheel for $3. I came back that afternoon with my wife. Because he had explained what he could offer and all he could do to earn our business, we left with her new E-Bike.
