We bought our tack here, reins and pads, and we are exceptionally happy with everything we received. We were looking for some nice pads for our horses, and they had what I was looking for, and we were able to review options for our horses. They were able to provide us solid options and such beautiful quality looks. One of the things that I appreciated was the level of customer service in talking about our horses and making sure we were grabbing the appropriate gear we would need. Very disappointed. First, in the midst of a global pandemic and clear guidelines to wear masks and social distance, the moment I walked in, none of the staff and 90% of the patrons were not wearing masks or distancing. My family was wearing masks which the store clerk did not even take into consideration, though she was nice, walked directly up to us and into our space without a mask to see if we needed help. My child is too young to wear a mask. I feel the establishment is disrespectful and irresponsible and does not take the safety of their clients to heart. Second, the selection of jeans and shirts were not worth the drive. We will not be going back. read more

Don't waste your time or money driving out to this place. Horrible customer service. Yep, they can order whatever you want but you won't get it for 4 months. If you have a saddle that needs repaired that will take at least 3 months and trust me you don't want them to touch your trailer. If your life or your horses life means anything to you don't take your trailer to these guys. read more

Never had an issue until today, the Owners have always been nice and helpful. But today there was a younger guy that I've never seen before. We came in to spend a hefty amount on a saddle but the moment we walked in the door, this employee was very rude and told me to put my 5 week old puppy back in the car. I have carried it into Walmart, tractor supply and other country outfitters, never with any issue. I've worked customer service my whole life so I know what's acceptable and unacceptable and the way he came about it was very wrong. We will not be returning. read more

Rust may be a busy guy but he always has time to talk to you and not make you feel like you are bothering him. He'll deal with you and even take back what you buy until you are happy. He's fair and honest and his staff are really friendly. I've never heard a bad word about Russ and R Bar B. AND, Russ is always donating his property, time and inventory for many good causes. Purchased a good used trailer at a very reasonable price...very pleased. They were swamped with customers when we arrived to pick it up, so they must be doing something right. Clerks were all very helpful and friendly. Russ even made us a new crown piece for our show halter FREE! read more

Have always had great customer service with R Bar B. Ordered custom fit medicine boots and got them within a week. Borrowed a saddle with a deposit to try out and they took it back with no questions and refunded the deposit when it wasn't a good fit. Never had even one problem working with R Bar B in over 10 years. My daughters family has worked even more closely with them and always had great service and no problems. read more
