When they got there very professional and nice, but my carpet is still dirty. Looks the same as before. My carpet is 2yrs old and was not that dirty due to low traffic. There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!
