Cheaper labor resulted in cheap looking results. My attempts on reaching out to D.E.C to have the issues resolved have been ignored. I have reached out on August 14, August 19 & August 24. A list of issues are as follows: -the toilet was reset crooked -2 small places of paint dripped/tracked on new carpet -where wallpaper was removed & drywall was pulled off, not all places were mudded/sanded & repainted. The uneven drywall was simply painted over -a lot of paint dripped in the tub & not removed -new drywall was not caulked by door frame -where engineered hardwood floor was replaced, glue was slung up on walls/doorframes & not removed -a lot of glue used for hardwood floor is all over the new floor -carpet that was replaced was not put flush against the wall. The edge of the carpet came from the manufacturer with red stitching completely down one side. A 1/2 inch of the red stitching sticks out from under the baseboard If any of my neighbors have water damage, I will refer them to Servpro.
