There are several locations and an outlet store metro area. This was the only irritating and confusing part - Warners' Stellian inventory management and phone operator system would transfer each call between locations, and often it was unclear which location was being referred to. I suppose this only mattered because we were especially interested in open box / floor display units. It also felt like salespersons likely worked on commission and I received some mixed messages about which units were available at which locations, and about the extent of cosmetic damage on various floor models. Anyway, once we tracked the exact item to the Maple Grove location, the purchase/pickup were very smooth. In and out in 20 minutes, and they helped wrap and load the dishwasher from the back of the store into my car. We purchased an installation kit and hardwiring kit. We declined haulaway and delivery/installation. We also declined the in-store coverage subscription - although if you opt for the 5-year level, half of the cost gets applied to future purchases if you don't end up using the service or making a claim. They offered 90 days if we change our mind, to add this on. It was easy enough to install with the OEM kits. But our unit was missing a toe panel cover. Annoyingly, this specific mostly cosmetic piece costs about $70 online. EDIT: Even more annoyingly, it turns out we received some mismatched user manuals. Had I known my actual dishwasher unit/model would NOT have a 30-minute "Express Cycle" as advertised, instead only having 2hr+ programs, I would have gotten a different model.

Austin in the service department has been great with the questions we have had and did a great job getting the fireplace flame to how we want it. So far, we are loving the fireplace. It was installed September 2024. We however were not the happiest with the installers. One of them seemed to be in a rush and tried to cut corners when it came to the gas line. They assured me they could handle everything except for the hood installation which I had done by another professional that had to come back multiple times because of Home Depot's errors. I have been involved in dozens of kitchen remodels and I can tell you Home Depot and they're vendors failed multiple times on everything single thing they coordinated and were responsible for. Here's a small list of what went wrong: cabinet finish and size specifications, hardware workability and specifications, multiple site measurements, cabinet install, countertop install, plumbing install (flooding the room below because they didn't turn off the water line), trying to fix said flooding, backsplash install, caulking, electrical outlet moving multiple times, cabinet orders, multiple wrong material deliveries, multiple material retrieval and pickup without freight lists, door and drawer alignment, broken appliances, misalignment of cabinets, counters, and drawer pulls, ordering delays, cabinet parts still in my garage, multiple sets of cabinets filling up my house for months without picking up the extras, and weeks and months to return calls. It's now been over a year and it is not only still not corrected, they are not responding to my inquiries. I had to pay to eat out every meal for months because of their delays. Oh and by the way, the credit card with their name and logo on it, they claim no responsibility or control. Their incompetence cost me significantly and now they just won't even respond. I would never buy another install of anything from Home Depot, ever. This was the easiest of projects and they couldn't even handle that. Just say no to Home Depot.

He didn't have a tall enough ladder with him for our dryer vents, but he followed up and is here now doing those. I had 4 quotes. He was by far the best price (beat some by $1,300), but I had a fear of "you get what you pay for". Totally NOT the case with Derek. He was on time, clean and really cool.
