I buzzed into Kendall's. They've repaired screens for me in the past as well as made me keys on more than one occasion, so I knew they'd know what I needed. Several times, I have found myself asking a bunch of questions and getting helpful answers from the staff. I have purchased all sorts of stuff here from leaf bags, to paint brushes, to spray paint to drain snakes. Oh and there is plenty of parking in the off-street lot.

The return was accepted with no questions at other location. GM Dylan should not run the store. And other employees looked annoyed and were extremely disrespectful. I spent thousands at this store, and have a right to return faulty product within 90 days, but GM makes him own rules.
