We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. They have substituted floor transition trim pieces with something other than what was understood. When contacting the store manager "Wes" he twisted things around and simply lied and said the pieces didn't exist. I contacted the manufacturer of the tile and was given a number to call to order. I called and they looked it up and said "no problem" Wes would rather deny and argue and put words into your mouth, and when he finally figures out your not going to give in, he will simply say "you signed the contract". My project hasn't even been completed yet and I'm regretting it already. Please go somewhere else. The one star rating lies mainly on Wes.

Not only did the new estimate grow to outrageous proportions, but the salesperson Samantha seemed to either speak to me as if I were old and couldn't understand, but it is more likely that she is about as intelligent as a brick wall.

We waited and waited on both the install, and a small repair we needed done after the install. It was, frankly, ODD how non responsive and uncooperative she was. She took weeks to respond, and then said we would be charged. We asked to speak to a manager about this, because that was ridiculous, and she backed down. We were told that we would get measurements on a Friday then we would be invited into the showroom the following week to see options. I was clear with him that we were trying to get out ahead of things as we were closing on a new home and wanted to align flooring before we moved our things in. It took 3 weeks and multiple emails to get any quotes from the specialist. We ended up getting quotes with no explanation. I have asked follow up questions about the quotes and we either get no answer or an incoherent response. I asked him in an email if we could come in to discuss and he did not answer that question. Most recently, I asked a question about a quote 1 week ago and have not received a response. I called in to speak with a manager to inquire about the process and was told that I could leave a message for Megan. I never received a call back from Megan; instead, I received a call back from the specialist saying "i hear you called earlier". The management here does not care and is not even willing to have a conversation with a frustrated customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The specialist will give excuses about their lack of response and the management does not care enough to even entertain a customer's questions. Most recently, I made this review on Google and the owner replied with a lie. Not on a single occasion was I invited in to see the showroom. This company is absurdly unprofessional. I understand that others may have had good experiences, however, managements unwillingness to engage in a conversation and their willingness to lie in a public response speaks volumes to their level of care for the customer.

Dave carefully inspected the entire floor and explained that refinishing was possible -- and he delivered outstanding results with good value. Dave is thorough and an excellent communicator. He explained the types of wear on my floors and outlined his refinishing strategy step by step. With little room for error on this type of flooring, I appreciated his clear approach -- there's no "undo" button with refinishing! Dave also has tools I've never seen before -- it felt like he had a gadget for every challenge that came up. Plus, he's been doing this for years, so he knows how different stains and woods react. I even learned a bit along the way. And the best part? Dave does the work himself. Sometimes he brings an assistant to help with simple stuff, but you're really hiring him -- not a random crew. He provided a consultation for my indoor floors, but then I had him also look at my garage floor and he said he was able to do the work I was looking for, which is what I will be reviewing here today. I had a few cracks in my garage floor and was looking to Epoxy it to protect it for the winter. Dave explained to me his process and how it differs from the competition which helps keep his cost low. The best part about Dave was that he stuck to the quote he gave me, with no surprises or additional ask for money, and he started when he said he would, got the job done quick, and finished when he said he would - anyone who has worked with contractors before knows this is a rarity! Dave was respectful and treated the place with care, and I would recommend his work to others. We think the garage looks great! Dave is passionate about his work and did tend to over-explain some things to me, so some people might enjoy that more than others but it was great to hear how much he knew about the subject!
