Always exceptional service when we stopped in to Jerry's. They have so many different type and designs of keys. And great spot for quick outdoor items or any other hardware you might need. From soil, plants, winter items, and even wood pellets during the cold seasons. Many don't know but they also program keys that is so much cheaper than going to the dealer. We've got a few keys programmed and cut at Jerry's and never had any issues. They also do roadside key services. Parking looks scarce when you visit but I've just learned today that you can also park right over at Occonor's restaurant parking lot. They have a small sign posted. Cheers read more

We primarily worked with Adam, but ALL of the staff was pleasant. Adam went above and beyond all our expectations. My daughter needed a new lock for her car door and the passenger door was on a different key. We had used a mechanic before to try to fix it and he just swapped out the lock and just gave her another key. It was a bit of a nuisance. Adam fixed all the doors and matched it with the ignition. She nows has one key that works all. :) We had to return for a small snafu with her power window and while we were there Adam also fixed her trunk key. We didn't ask him to look at that previously. He took care of it. I don't think the service here could get much better. I also just brought my son's car key over to be duplicated and I think it was half the cost of the dealer. My friends lost their keys to their car that has a programmable chip key. The local Honda dealer wanted $70 for the key, and $130 for programming, plus would need to wait a day for the blank key, have the car towed ($125) and the programming would take over an hour!! The man behind the counter said he could cut a key from their spare (Valet Key), and would go to their house to make sure it worked with programming for $120. They now have 2 working keys and saved a boat load of money. Home ***** or the other big box store would never have provided such service. If I could give more stars I would!!! I have been there the last two weeks and had keys copied both times the keys did not work. I called and they were very polite, said to come back and they would recut the keys. I went back the first time but I told them I would not go back again because I am busy and don't have the time. He offered to give me back my money 2 dollars, it's not about the money it's about the quality of service, it's poor, if a lock smith company can't copy a key correctly they shouldn't offer the service people are busy and expect decent service. I have been going there for at least 15 years and never had these experiences. read more

The technician was so kind and compassionate, and really helped me out of a tough spot. I found my original car keys in a snow bank 2 days later. I called Jerry's again when my ignition key was accidentally bent, and would no longer start the car. I was stranded. Just for to clarify my previous post,I brought a blank key only to get cut not programmed as my key did not have a chip.I wanted a spare key to keep in my wallet in case I got locked out.They refused to cut the key.I know they don't use their $20,000 equipment to cut simple keys that don't need to be programmed. read more
