For instance your top of the line aura has a serious sagging issue and coverage is not what it should be and claims to be. And then you go with cashmere from sherwin Williams it covers almost everything in one coat! No sagging or dragging And that's not even there top of the line paint. His mistake was when he never told me it was a special order and that the type of wallpapers that I had chosen was back ordered. Given the seven business day and my order was never delivered, I called the store. Was very mistreated by Kimberly, whom had no clue of what she was doing! After I called costumer services, the store called me back, to only then inform me that the order was back ordered. When I went to return the wallpaper ( had to buy another one somewhere else because I needed for a specific day), that was when I was informed that my order was a special order, they took off 25% of the amount that I had paid. The staff don't seem to know much about the products but they can at least point you in the right direction to find what you are looking for. The free gifts aren't fancy... a small flashlight and a set of dry clothes are the two we have received - but free is free!
