This is one of those RIP OFF garages that will overcharge you no matter what. They will not even…read morelook at your vehicle without you paying a $270.00 diagnostic fee first. To those of you who think this place is your friend or goto repair shop, time to take off your blindfold. Chances are you've been getting ripped off. Brought my car in for state inspection and they wanted to charge $612.00 in repairs first. My car is a 2012 Nissan Altima with 39k original miles....not a junk car, and still in like new condition. I still had to pay $279.00 to get my car out of that trap. All it needed was a vent valve solenoid for the EVAP canister. They told me the "aftermarket" part was over $200 alone. I ordered a factory OEM part from Nissanparts USA. It literally twists off, and twist locks back onto the evap canister...less than a minute to install. Did it myself, and got my inspection sticker elsewhere. I asked them if they would refund my $270.00 but they refused. They also got in my car with dirty boots and got grease on both driver's side and passenger side. They didn't care and put a paper mat down only AFTER they saw the marks they left. I feel obligated to write this review to warn others. Stay clear of this place.

When I asked for specific work to be done on my vehicle, Peter contacted me to inform me I didn't need it, although, would do it I I wanted. Over the past few years they did whatever work was need for two inspections in addition to oil changes, a tuneup, replacing my rear brakes, and, installing new hatchback lift support gas springs. When I asked for a quote on replacing the springs, they suggested I get the parts myself to save some cash (I bought mine online from Sixity Auto Parts for under $20). I followed their advice, saved quite a bit (at least $140) and they did the labor for $20. The quotes I got elsewhere were over $180 as they insisted on getting parts for me (parts alone were $140). DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE AND SCAM YOU!…read more Went to get my car inspected and was told I had to change all 4 tires and my rear brake then said I can work on it right now for a great price. Little did they know I had just got this 2024 car a month ago from a dealer and had a 90 day warranty. So I said wait no, let me call the dealer first and figure out if its covered in the warranty because according to him it was really bad 1/32nd and had days until it gave out. Now I was concerned and frustrated with the dealer, so I went to them and they stated that it was false and they lied to me and should've passed me. So I tried to get it resolved and returned to this shop and told them they checked and stated its good and should've passed. Bob insisted he will not pass me and stated I offered you a great deal and can work on your car now. I stated no, Im not paying for it, if I do no have to. So I went to the DMV inspection and had it challenged and they confirmed this shop did a wrongful inspection and it should've passed. They signed the paperwork and told me to return to them and they notified them that I was returning. I went back so they can update the system, pass my vehicle and provide a refund for the wrongful inspection, and they refused and the front desk woman Lauren became very verbally abusive, telling me she can cancel my appt and make me wait a month, yelling at me, throwing the F bombs, calling me a bitch and kicking me out the office, I felt very unsafe. (I also have a proof of the verbal abusive) I did not want to escalate this but I have no choice because this is NOT how you do business!
