It is then best cheesesteak jn MD the Pizzas still have the unique spicy marinara taste. Typical Carry out environment, service is good orders are done in time every time I order. We ordered a large pepperoni with half bacon and half ham. Arguably, the half with bacon, looked better than the half with ham. That is not why I'm writing this review. The pizza was good, but could've been cooked a little longer, it was a bit doughy, but edible. I would rate higher if the "manager" (not really sure who it was) wasn't mean toward the other employee working. Had family from out of town and they wanted cheesesteaks. We decided on this location for something quick and easy. It was my first time ordering from here. Called ahead. Food was ready but we counted the subs and they forgot one. No big deal. we told the girl(assuming her gender identity, I know it's 2021 not supposed to do that) behind the register the issue. Typical sub shop. The menu is not very intuitive. I had to stand there staring at it for a bit to understand what I was even looking at and they don't have paper (take-out) menus available (or at least I didn't see any readily available). I ended up getting a meatball sub which was nothing to write home about. It was full of small meatballs, topped with a bit of sauce and very little cheese. We also got a steak and cheese which was good. I'd try that again if I go back. The wedge fries were great and the onion rings were more like onion pieces and not that great. Neither of us liked the special dipping sauce for the onion rings. So, not our best meal but we'd be willing to give them another shot if in the area. read more

We have ordered from Jerry's for years and continue to go back because of the taste, quality, and vast options on the menu. The cheesesteaks are delicious and filling and you can usually get two meals out of them. The food usually only takes about 20 minutes for pickup and the prices are pretty reasonable. We recently had an experience where we were not given the normal Jerry's quality so we called in for a refund. The manager, Daniel, handled the situation incredibly. He was responsive, apologetic, genuine, and ensured we had a refund. He was polite and wanted to make sure things were done right so that we would return - which we definitely will. He provided us with service above and beyond what a customer should expect. We are pleased and look forward to ordering from Jerry's again. read more

The food I had was great. Me and some coworkers came for lunch, I got the ultimate sheesh steak, very tasty, very well made. I felt bad because they seemed short staffed, but that's pretty much everywhere these days; but they worked hard, the service and food was really grat for only two people working. Food is ok, always seems to take way to much time. Delivery is always 45min to 1 hour regardless of how busy they are. Lately, they always seem to burn their food though. I'm not sure how you burn a sub, but the gene pool winners they employ somehow find a way. read more

I have a!ways liked Jerry's and this one is as good or better than any one I've been to. The subs are very good and consistently good - the same every time. The pizzas are very good as well. And last but not least - the fries are also.good. The staff is always friendly - professional - and efficient. Have never had to wait long. Stopped here for a philly style cheesesteak.....meh. Taste was good, but they have really cut back on the amount of steak they are putting on the sandwiches. I know they say they are the best cheesesteak in the DC area , but c'mon- aren't they the ONLY cheesesteak chain in the DC area? Not much of a competition. If you are near Solomons, head up the road a bit to Lusby and get a cheesesteak at Jerry and Son's Cafe next to Moe's.....great taste and MUCH more meat! read more

I ordered a pizza to go from Jerry's one day last week and I have to say it was the best pizza I have possibly ever had. The store was extremely busy so I was glad I had ordered for pickup. The gal at the register was very pleasant and was doing a great job of moving the customers through. I paid my bill, my pizza was ready and when I got home, which was a 6 minute drive, the pizza was still piping hot. The pizza was fresh and extremely tasty.
