Pizza was the only thing that was good. The sub was disgusting and not made to order. The delivery service sucked. They were over 30 mins late so we called and asked where they were and they said they were waiting for a driver to deliver it. They took another 20 mins to arrive, so almost an hour late. I am not going to be rude on my review. I'm just going to try and be honest and I am going to keep it brief. I got the Philly cheesesteak and some cheesesteak fries. The actual fries were OK, they were not hot and they did not taste fresh. They tasted like they were previously fried and then probably leftover the deep fryer to keep warm. Same thing with the cheese steak meat on the sandwich and the fries, the meat tasted overcooked and not fresh. There was no juiciness to it at all. The meat tasted like they had overcooked it and then left it on a warm side just to keep warm for whenever someone orders a sandwich. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean, so I will give it that. And the customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in the store and they took my order quickly. The food also came pretty quick but after eating it I could see why. like I said in the beginning, I'm not going to be rude and I do not want to bash them, but I would not recommend the two items that I got when I ate there. Piece of garbage company had 2 issues with them. First never taken care of. This one double charged my order, order went to westminster Maryland not sure how. Used the same PC I always use. Got shared twice 173.50 for an order they can't deliver here. When I put the order in, you would think when our address went to the store they would say we don't deliver there as it's a 4 hour drive. Called and was told a refund will take 5 days. Use a better company just my 2 cents. Oh and customer care is closed and Mail box is full if that tells you something. read more

Food and service at the California MD location. I ordered a wrap, large 2 topping pizza and 9 wings for carry out. I got home and the wings had black spots and smelled burned. Took it all back and the owner was arguing with me about the wings. I told him to smell them and he refused. He said they would remake them and I asked about my pizza as well. Again turned into an argument about them having a hot plate. All in all, it was remade. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly cashier. As we were waiting for our order the place began to fill with smoke and a burnt grease smell. I had high hopes for this place. Hopefully our order will be right and the food will be delicious. Oh please let it be delicious!!! Bolis fries were to brown, they have been sitting for a while and were kind of rubbery on the ends, no crips at all and no cocktail sauce. Wanted something that was taking online orders late. Staff was very friendly. Location was clean. Got the veggie fettuccine alfredo. It was cooked perfectly, and was still good 24 hours later. I'm looking at the past reviews and wow. I've never had a problem with this place. They use a lot of dough for their pizza but I hardly ever eat the crust anyway. Other than that, their food is pretty good. This is one of the only spots that have butterfly shrimp so that's one of the things that I order frequently. I could do without the mountain of fries, LOL: their serving of fries is meant to be shared. I've always been greeted with a lot of courtesy so their customer service is great; I have no idea why others had problems in that department- they're always friendly to me. It's a tad bit pricey but I've noticed that nearly ALL pizza places are nowadays. Other than that, the quality of the food is decent enough for me to order from them more often. YUCKKKK!!! I used to order from the one in Westminster md and I loved it. This one however is SO GROSS. I ordered a whole cheesesteak sub with only fried onions and mayo . The whole thing was onions and VERY LITTLE MEAT and when I say this I'm not joking it was like the meat and onions were boiled . We have ordered from here at least 10 times and every time has been good up to this last time. We ordered pizza on Friday for delivery and didn't receive our sodas. Also, the crust was flat and had, and the pizza had very little sauce. This is the FIRST bad experience though. The other 9+ times we have ordered, it has been fantastic. Maybe a new kitchen person? My daughter came home with pizza from Pizza Boli's a few months ago. It was the first time we had pizza from there and I was pleased with it. So a month later she wanted pizza for dinner so I placed an order, it will be the last time I will get pizza from this place. The dough was thick and limp. I asked for a Hawaiian pizza and added bacon, well the bacon was barely on any of the pizza. For the price the charge it should be better then a boxed frozen pizza, however I would have preferred a frozen pizza over this over priced pie. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered half of a cheesesteak and a Greek salad and they charged us $25. They told us it would only take 40 minutes for it to be delivered (considering it's nothing complicated) but we ended up waiting close to 90 minutes for our food. The salad came in a cracked plastic box with liquid leaking out of the box into the bag it was in. The salad was ridiculously soupy without even adding the dressing. Been to the location once and just got pizza delivered. Got buffalo chicken pizza the first time and Greek pizza the second time. Both were delicious! Then, AFTER WE "TALKED" WITH THE MANAGER. An associate called us, talked with us and then HUNG UP on us. It Is 7 o'clock at night. To GIVE YOU BACK THE untouched PIZZA TO HAVE A REPLACEMENT. The associate told us IF we bit into the pizza they cannot replace it!!!! You don't find out UNTIL you bite into the pizza. In HOPES TO MAYBE TAKE ANOTHER BITE AND FINALLY FIND THE EXTRA EXTRA SAUCE.
