Anyone with a home in Dade or Broward that has mid-century original windows OR modern versions of awning windows, jalousie windows, or single hung windows needs to keep this number handy. I appreciate that Jerry was wearing a mask for safety. He's highly knowledgeable about all the inner workings of many types of windows, especially older ones. He'll actually explain the details if you're curious, or he'll just go to work. Amazing how he got my 1968 windows working perfectly. There were broken parts, wrong parts had been installed, things you can't see unless you take the mechanism apart. There are other companies that repair windows but he's my first choice. He was able to fix a 48yr old window which had not properly closed in years. He recognized the make and had parts in his truck for them. It now opens and closes beautifully.
